Level 167 is the 168th level of the Backrooms.
Level 167 is a seemingly infinite labyrinth of salt rooms, connected to each other by doors and small corridors. These rooms can vary in shape and size, with some that can accommodate up to two people, while others that are huge salt caves, too large to be considered normal. All rooms within this level will be warmly lit by a peaceful, calming light.

Description
This level is considered to be infinite, but finding other wanderers is easy, as anyone who ends up here spawns in the same room, that is, a five by six-meter salt chamber, empty of any furniture, and illuminated by the light emanating from its doorways. Due to this, it is also easy to find colonies and outposts, as the main ones are located near the spawn point.
The temperature in these chambers remains constantly unchanged at 21 °C (69,8 °F), and is devoid of any hostile entities, making this level one of the best places for wanderers in need of rest. This level is also known for instilling a deep sense of calm and peace in those who enter it, though why this occurs remains unknown. Some groups that inhabit the level have proclaimed it to possess Halotherapeutic properties and the power to "unlock the mind", though these claims also remain unconfirmed.
In the rooms it is also often possible to find bottles of Almond Water and Royal Rations. This level has some connections to Level Fun, for this reason, with the aim of protecting the safety of the Wanderers who rest in this level, M.E.G.'s outpost "Managers Team", was created.

Level 167 is devoid of entities, but having some connections to level fun it is felt that sooner or later some partygoers could arrive here.
Colonies and outposts
There are 3 confirmed groups, but since this level is considered infinite it is thought that there may be others not yet discovered.
M.E.G. (aka The "Major Explorer Group") "Managers team"
- This outpost consists of 46 people, and it's located in the rooms surrounding the spawn point.
- This outpost's purpose is to direct the wanderers in the salt rooms, granting them rest and to exterminate any hostile entity that might enter this level.
- Their base is located near the spawn point.
- Friendly and willing to trade.
"Those who rest"
- This colony consists of around 13 people.
- They are peaceful and willing to welcome anyone to their colony.
- They are located near the spawn point and coexist peacefully with M.E.G.
"The hermits of salt"
- This group consists of approximately 8 people.
- They are peaceful, but they don't trade.
- They are located deep in the level, several kilometers from the spawn point, so they are difficult to find.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances:
- It is possible to enter this level by noclipping through the floor of level 150.
- Drinking a large amount of water in level 7 can teleport you here.
- By noclipping in level fun there is a very small chance of ending up here.
Exits:
- Finding a balloon in a room and touching it will take you to level fun.
- Noclipping through a door can take you to level 4.
- Noclpipping through the ceiling can get you to level 168.
