Description
Level 17.1 was discovered later in an unknown level. The unknown level will bring you here from the words of Electric.200. Electric.200 is confirmed to be living inside Level 20 and discovered this level for a while: There's a door in Level -1, it seems to have a weird symbol on it..
Electric.200 later then has entered this level by opening the door in Level -1. He can't return back to Level 20 now, as he's stuck in this level.
