Level 189 is the 190th level of the backrooms.
Description
Level 189 is very big, and has a ton of features and rooms. The entire level is colorless, and even pictures taken still have no color at all. The entire level also causes burred vision. You get a strange anemoic feeling when in the level, regardless of what section you are in. Anemoia is the feeling that you've been somewhere, when you actually haven't. All wanderers will remember this place, and it will feel familiar. They won't quite remember what they did there though. It is split into 3 sections:
The main area, an office building with an unknown color, as everything is black and white in the level.
The forest area, a forest that can only be accessed by jumping out of a window of the main area.
The ventilation area, after entering a vent in the main area, you can get into an expansive maze like vent system.
Main area
The main area is, as already stated, an office building. There are halls with the occasional door. The halls are filled with Venus fly traps, but can be easily avoided. Some halls also might have couches that are made of stone. The main area is nearly completely safe besides the Venus fly traps. However, the Anemoia may cause the place to feel very eerie. Sometimes elevators can even be found, but not opened. Any attempts to open the elevators have failed. Vines also come from the occasional window. There are various rooms which may appear behind doors in the halls, and some have been found to be more frequent than others:
A room with a big table in the middle and chairs around it.
A room with a very old front rooms TV with static on the screen.
A room filled with vines and other plants.
And other rooms that are less common.
Forest area
If you manage to break and jump out of a window, you'll enter the forest area. The forest area is very peaceful and serene. Various trees and flowers will be there, and it has no hazards at all. It's even safer than the main area, as it doesn't have Venus fly traps. Most wanderers prefer to be in the forest area rather than the main area. The vines coming from the windows are from the forest, and it seems that the forest wants to get into the main area. Vines increase in length daily, and may completely cover the main area one day.
Ventilation area
There is a rare chance you may find a vent in the main area, and it is rather difficult to get into. A large amount of force must be used to break through the metal cover, but it has been done. The vents are highly claustrophobic, and you may get lost in them. Out of the entire level, the vents seem to be the only part that is infinite. No one has truly mapped out the vents. It is advised never to enter the vents as you might get lost and trapped there forever.
To survive, simply avoid Venus fly traps and you will be fine.
Entities
Venus fly trap
They are very rare, but appear as a normal front rooms plant of the same name. They have a large mouth with sharp teeth. They are the only hazard in the entire level, and can easily be killed or avoided. If you do get too close, they will attempt to bite you and can strangely consume a person with ease. It is unknown how a person would even fit in the mouth, but it somehow succeeds in swallowing.
