Description
Level 19 consists of a very large attic. There are several light bulbs hanging down from the ceiling by thin wiring, and male Deathmoths can often be found flying around them. These lights have been said to have a mild hypnotic effect which causes Wanderers to lose awareness of their surroundings and fall through the floor, never to be seen again.
This is because the floor here is very brittle and made of old, rotten wood which breaks easily. Due to this, it is recommended to traverse this level very carefully, as you have a high risk of falling through the floor if you do not. Entities or objects weighing more than approximately 170 pounds (~77 kilos) will most likely break through the floor of this level. Other than this, very little information is known about this level, as its size has yet to be determined.
Entities
Death Moths
Male Death Moths abound in this level, and can be found hovering near lightbulbs. These entities are completely harmless.
Death Rats
Death Rats are known to exist on this level as well, but will travel alone instead of in packs to avoid putting too much weigh on the rotten floors and causing them to collapse.
Colonies and Outposts
There are no known colonies or outposts on this level.

Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- In Level 1, it is possible to find "holes" in the walls that are small and hard to fit through. Crawling through one of these holes may lead one to Level 19. It should be mentioned that these holes are very rare.
- Noclip in the roof of any building on path 3 in Level 7191 to be brought here.
- Climbing up to the attic of Level 155 leads to Level 19.
- Going up a flight of stairs that takes to a dark upper room in Level 944 can lead to Level 19.
- If Level 846 is undergoing a Blackout Event, you can no-clip through the roof of a one-floored house to reach Level 19.
- Falling through a bigger hole in Level 488 will bring you to Level 19
Exits
- The primary method of escape from Level 19 is to find a rusted, damaged door in an area of the level with a higher roof than the rest of it. The door, if pushed enough, will eventually swing open, leading to either Level -1, -2, 5, 12 or 20.
- Going too deep into Level 19 usually leads to the roof of the house in Level 140. It is recommended to quickly leave this area, as it may have strange and unpredictable conditions, such as headaches, hallucinations, and fainting.
- There is a chance where you can fall through the floor, leading to Level α, as the note found there cites.
