Level 2007 is the 2008th level of the backrooms.

Description
Level 2007 is a theoretically infinite mix of rooms similar to that of Level 0, but with ornately decorated wooden rooms included. The wooden rooms tend to contain mirrors, and the mostly empty rooms contain floating wooden blocks for some odd reason. Occasionally, there may be locker rooms filled with weapons. The existence of the aforementioned rooms has not been confirmed.

The wooden rooms may warp and/or collapse. During these events, puffballs will not be present, and piano music will play.

Entities
Most entities in Level 2007 are puffballs, spherical creatures with oval-shaped beady eyes, no nose, a dot for a mouth, and stubby arms with dark feet, which lack toes. They wear hats or have different hairstyles to distinguish themselves. The first interview with a puffball ended in disaster. They also have the ability to emit music, albeit quietly. The genres of music most commonly emitted by them are alternative rock and hyperpop.

The Keyhole Man
The Keyhole Man is an unconfirmed entity. It appears to be a pale-skinned male human wearing a suit, but its entire face is featureless, except for a gaping keyhole-shaped hole where its nose should be. All of the supposed encounters with it have ended with it vanishing in a silvery smoke.
Cosmic Puffball Knight
The Cosmic Puffball Knight is an extremely powerful puffball with the ability to create portals. He is considered a puffball, but he has thumbs, and metallic feet.
If you're having trouble thinking of what he looks like, just think of Meta Knight. Yeah, that's what he looks like. Probably without the cape and sword though.
He is assumed to be the leader of his own puffball army, due to other puffballs saying so, but this has not been confirmed. Even then, he is extremely powerful, and the closest one got to defeating him was when his mask was broken, causing his face to be revealed, but the mask was later found out to have been incredibly fragile. He has also been distantly sighted in Level 2007.1.
Colonies & Outposts
A few factions have settled in this level recently. There are also small broken structures made of multicolored bricks, which are theorized to have been made by the puffballs.
The Resistance
The Resistance from Level 879 has set up an outpost here.
Backrooms National Socialist Coalition
The base is named Base Aegis, and the entrance into the base is heavily guarded. Any unauthorized personnel attempt to approach the gate of the base will be tracked if escaped and captured. They will be sent to a white padded cell, tied up in a black straitjacket and the cell door is white to make the prisoner doesn't see any more colors, and the door is locked for a long time.
They have captured hundreds of entities here.
There is an incident that happened here; an army of Skin Stealers unexpectedly raid the base. But, the B.N.S.C won. (The Assault of '98)
It is unknown how Skin Stealers get here.
Do's and Don'ts
Do
- Do make a fort out of the wooden furniture nearby. It is light, and extremely durable.
- Do bring something edible for yourself, as no food appears in this level under normal circumstances, and something else edible for a puffball, as they can be befriended with food.
Don't
- Don't break the wooden blocks. They are not as strong as the furniture, and if a person breaks one, an invisible force will cause all of the nearby furniture to be thrown in the direction of the person's head, knocking them unconscious or killing them instantly.
Entrances
In Level 0, there is a door with a symbol on it. This door is quite common. The symbol has a blue circle with two oval-shaped dots, and a small dot between the oval shapes. If you go through the door, you will end up in Level 2007.

Exits
- Go back through the door you entered Level 2007 from, it will lead back to Level 0.
- Going up a staircase will lead to level Level 9112.
