Level 221 is the 222nd level of the Backrooms.

Description

Level 221 is very similar to Level 0 is appearance, but it has a few minor differences that make it just a little bit worse. There are more entities, the floor is concrete, and oxygen can cut off in random areas. The fluorescent light make no noise, but are considered traps and will transport you to Level -0. The most dangerous thing in this level are doorways with pitch black darkness of the other side of them. Depending on how far you wandered away from your entry point, dangerous entities will come out of them, they'll slowly suck you in like a blackhole and kill you, or they're portals to Class 5 levels of the Backrooms or Level 222.

Entrances

The only way to enter is to be transported here by the Stair Master in Level 219.

Exits

Enter a dark doorway and be transported to a Class 5 level or Level 222, or crawl through the vents and end up in Level 2.
