Level 2412 consists of a seemingly endless hospital hallway, similar to Level !. There are no red flashing lights, though. This place is filled with foods and drinks to "help" such as Almond Water and Almond Cake.
The doors in the hospital hallways all open up to a new hallways filled with new doors. This is meant to make wanderers think that there is no way out. The doors will keep opening to new hallways filled with new foods.
You will have a seemingly never-ending hunger to eat the foods that are inside this level and only this level.
Entities
Some entities on this level are Smilers, Deathmoths, Hounds, Frowners, and Clumps. It is confirmed that there are other entities on this level, but there is no clear footage of certain ones. Every entity has a terrifying urge to eat, making them very aggresive.
Glutton is an entity which roams these endless halls. Glutton is a very large, hostile beast in which is large enough to block a whole hallway. This entity causes the feeling of hunger when entering this level. The closer you get to Glutton, the hungrier you will be. Practically touching it will make you go insane (if you don't have stacks of almond water/cake on you). If Glutton sees you roaming the halls in front of it, no matter what, it will charge you and try to swallow you whole. Glutton can move at a very fast pace, so trying to outrun it will end up in you dying. Try running through the nearest door since it will have to fit through it to catch you.

Exits:
Going through a door with a brass number 6 on it will lead to Level 6
Noclipping through a hospital bed will lead to Level !
There is a small chance (2% chance) that feeding glutton an almond cake will transport you to Level 6.1. Do not attempt this.
Entering through one of the doors has a chance to lead you to The Void (1/1,000,000,000,000,000 chance (unconfirmed), but chances double every door.) This is one of the most dangerous aspects of the level, besides Glutton.
Noclipping through one of the doors will lead you to a random level
Touching a yellow matted wall will lead you to Level 0
Touching a bed with a balloon attached to it will lead to Level Fun
Finding and using a hospital computer after walking through a door will lead to The End
Accidentally slipping on a puddle of water will lead to Level 7

Telling the waiter(s) in Level 6.1 their food is not good will lead here. Ordering over 20 plates of food in Level 6.1 will lead here. Greed can have it's consequences.
Typing GLUTTONY.EXE on the computer in The End will lead here
Starving to death has a 20% chance to lead here
Walk around for 10 km in Level 6.1 to end up here
Feeding any of the ravage entities in Level ! (Unspecified amount) of almond items can lead you here.
