Level 261 is the 262st level of the Backrooms, and the last level many encounter.

Description

Level 261 features a gray concrete room with a black table and chair, it is common that on the table there are books, plant pots, papers with random writing, pencil jars, battery-free television controls, empty bags, frames with no photos or game screenshoots, medicine boxes, etc. But without dependence on the relativity between wanderers, there will always be a laptop with a white screen, you must write the name of some game and strangely you will be teleported to another place similar to the same, something inexplicable (if you write the name of games or projects of failed games that don't exist, something rare because any name can be a game or a project, the wanderer will be teleported to Level 404.

Drops of almond water have already been observed originating from the ceiling of the room, yet it is not safe to drink as it can be infected with fungi, bacteria and unicellular entities that can harm the wanderer.

Something that can be noticed is that in two-dimensional, the wanderer can be transformed into something of the same dimension, making it difficult to understand what is happening, but strangely only with some this happens as it changes relatively to three-dimensional. There is not much to say about this Level, so some examples of games inserted into the laptop will be listed below.

Call of Duty: Warzone

After making the entry by typing the name of the game, the wanderer will be transported to an area with the appearance of some kind of city, the area is shown to be a large island supposed to be located in eastern europe or the pacific, attempts to cross the sea were unsuccessful as it contained a barrier that could not be seen or accessed, known as "Inv-non Barrier" by MEG researchers, this mechanic appears in other "games." it is possible to watch entities with very human-like characteristics carrying extremely organized weapons and military equipment, but involuntarily attack each other without any kind barrier, these entities are extremely hostile and should not have any kind of approach, even with the possibility of killing them.

Minecraft

It is not advisable to enter this "game" because it contains varieties of extreme hostile entities(like creepers, AWW MAN-) , there are actual three dimensions inside, called "Overworld", "Nether" and "The End". A peculiarity is that its entire region is formed by cubes of different sizes, textures and materials. Minecraft contains amounts of unspecified entities and a geographic size considered to be infinite or extremely long, there are many things to explore such as randomly generated structures in the game and reported entities that are not known to exist such as reports of "dark colored skeletons(Wither Skeletons) ", "spiders of different species in caves(Cave Spiders) " or even sightings of an entity with appearances close to a bleeding woman(Giant Alex?) . There is currently only 1 report saying that he managed to slay the dragon(Ender Dragon to be exact) known to stay in The End and manage to get back to the main area of Level 261.

Pac-man

Record of the Pac-man "game", unfortunately due to the structure being two-dimensional, it is currently not possible to identify the objects in the photo or personally.

Pac-man is a "game" that can be accessed either by typing "Pac-man", or "Pacman". Pac-man contains a two-dimensional structure, turning any record into an extremely distorted photo with a one-dimensional format. Research says this structure is a small sized maze with blue walls having a round yellow colored entity named "Pacman" and entities matched with ghosts of different colors. The danger of this game is its size and the Pacman entity that if it finds it will be literally devoured and disappearing from reality and non-existence instantly. It's impossible to get out of here. (The engraved image of this level is tiny because of its structure, it is hidden at the beginning of the text. )

Changed Game

Changed is a "game" not very well known, but forum users have already commented on it and its danger. Many people joke about Changed because it is an escape from some kind of laboratory with zoocharacteristic anthropomorphic creatures, being that, they are compared to a community known as "Furry", "Furries" or "Furro/Furros" where people dress up as animals with human body appearance. In this game, there are several "furries" where if they touch the wanderer, it will quickly transform into one of them and something that is very painful if you make sudden movements in the process. There are some entities known as "Puro" and "Dr.K" (which are different from the others), which may or may not help you. Escaping the lab will take you back to the main part of Level 261. Unlike other two-dimensional games, Changed appears to randomly change from three-dimensional structure to one-dimensional (two-dimensional) perception, a few other infamous games have also appeared to do so.

BeamNG.drive

BeamNG.drive is a soft-body physics vehicle simulator. After writing it in, you will be transported to the in-game map named West Coast USA. This map contains a racetrack with a quarter mile dragstrip, a city, a suburban area, multiple, seemingle interstate highways cut off at the map borders with concrete barricades, a pine forest, and a large tunnel system. The map has a real-time day-night cycle. The area is devoid of entities, except cars that seem to be driving themselves, due to the fact that there are no drivers of passenger present. The starting location is inside the city, in the parking lot of Riverway Plaza, inside a completely fueled up, stock Bruckell LeGran, a car produced in the 1980s and sold for the general public in the game's universe. The keys can be found on the back seat. The car seems to be fully operational. You can drive around freely, but if you break any traffic rules, police vehicles will show up, and will try to force you to pull over. The will succeed, as the car takes away control and pull sover automatically. Then, a voice will tell you the infractions done by the wanderer, and will fine you. A ticket will appear in the glovebox after this, and the police vehicles will drive away. If the wanderer leaves a 500 meter radius of the car, they will be transported back to the main area of Level 261. Interestingly, in the main freeway tunnel system, there are three additional exits, one being named "HUB", the second one named "11", and the third one named "898" None of the driverless cars will use these exits, and if forcefully pushed into them, they will dissapear without a trace immediately after entering the section of tunnel. After driving for 5 kilometers in any of the tunnels, the wanderer will be teleported to The Hub, Level 11, or Level 898, inside the LeGran. It willl keep working, even though it has been removed from the game. Entering Horizon Estates, the suburban area, there is a 20% chance to getting transported to Level 9, but without the car.
