Level 2753: Hotel California
Description
Level 2753 is a sentient being; yes, it is still considered a level, but this level is alive and intelligent. The level's appearance changes as the level changes its structure to mess with the wanderer. Typically, the level is a long path of confusing and winding hallways that either are filled with soft carpet and yellow, detailed wallpaper or dangerous, run-down and filthy hallways that look abandoned, which are dangerous due to being in severe decay and having falling objects. Several things about the halls are off, as there are no normal hotel lights, instead strings of lights line the halls. These lights are extremely hot and have caused third degree burns to those who touched them. The lights also have, on certain cases, electrocuted people violently.
Random pipes jut out from the walls, ceilings, and floors. Some of these pipes lead on forever, and some break the laws of physics; twisting around in unrealistic ways or literally floating in the air. Sometimes, the halls lead out to large room. Most of these rooms are split apart across seriously large holes that go down for an unknown length, but MEG (Major Explorer Group) research suggests they are infinite. In these holes, there are thousands of windows that you can see different levels through. You can theoretically exit through these, except the glass is unbreakable.
Across the holes in the ground, there are week, feeble wooden planks nailed together as a path across them. These wooden planks are dangerous despite the fact they defy gravity and cannot move or be moved, so you will never fall while walking across them. The level, which we established is sentient and intelligent, can actually alter itself. The level purposefully puts cables and cords on these wooden planks so that wanderers trip while crossing. The MEG sent a camera on a lengthy cord down to record, and what they saw was terrifying. The people who fall into the hole are trapped down there, falling for what is most likely forever. The camera shortly after melted because the holes get to searing, scorching degrees of 10000 degrees Fahrenheit; the only reason the people were safe is because there is an effect causing specifically ONLY living people not to die from the heat.
MEG's knowledge on the level
The level is mostly undiscovered, as scans show the level goes on for trillions of miles. However, researchers exploring the level came to a terrifying conclusion; The level does not try and kill you, it tortures you mentally by changing the landscape and environment of the area until you go insane and become an insanity. A survivor of the level, while in an interview with MEG researchers, claimed that the level did things such as; chasing him around the level with the dim, hanging lights, changing the layout of the area he was in and making it completely different, making him hear voices, and more.
Discovery
The level was discovered by a MEG group of [▇▇▇] known as [▇▇▇▇▇▇] who were investigating level 5. This group made a total of [▇▇▇] different trips in and out of this level investigating, despite being warned not to. [▇▇▇▇▇▇] discovered this after no-clipping through the level-5 chandelier. Bones were found with the DNA of [▇▇▇] members, and only 1 survivor was found. [▇▇▇] was found laying on the ground, eyes bloodshot and stuck open. [▇▇▇] was frozen completely and showing signs of early stage starvation. [▇▇▇] was saved, but [▇▇▇] had to be hospitalized. When [▇▇▇] finished recovery, [▇▇▇] was found to have developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Paranoid Schizophrenia, a brain scan showed [▇▇▇]'s brain was damaged beyond saving, so operatives [▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇]. This level is very dangerous, so it is advised not to come here. If you do, make sure you exit fast, as the level is mostly unknown information-wise and the mental effects are soaring.
Entities
Insanities are very common, wandering the level and killing anybody they see, It is advised to avoid them as best as possible as they run rampant. The level has its own, level specific entities known as "voices", which are bodiless voices that follow wanderers around and harass them verbally. Voices know everything about a person, and target them on their insecurities and traumas. These Voices do not ease until you leave the level, which causes them to try and manipulate you; turning into sad, wailing voices begging you to stay. This Manipulation is very effective on mentally weak wanderers.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- No-clipping on the chandelier in level 5
- No-clipping through the ground of a hotel building in level 11
- No-clipping through an oddly shaped, discolored pipe on level 2
There are many cases of individuals reporting other entrances, but these are not confirmed by MEG. Further Research needs to be conducted on this level to find out any other entrances.

- An upside down door with a sign over it saying "Father", this will take you to the hub
