Level 2 is the third level of the Backrooms. It is by far more dangerous than Level 1.
Contents
Description
Level 2 is said to contain pitch black long hallways, flickering lights, elevators, huge flights of stairs, many locked doors, a dark fog, and long pipes carrying viscous black fluid. Any interactions with entities in this area are extremely dangerous. If you encounter any entities in Level 2, your best choice is to run and hope it loses interest as the entities are hostile on sight. Your chances of escaping are much lower than at the previous levels. It is common for Level 2 to have complete blackouts, similar to Level 1. When this happens, beings are more active and dangerous. Stay prepared and bring your light source, as well as a weapon.
According to a recovered message conversation located in this level, it is believed that Level 2's internet connection is limited.
Seemingly impossible to make outposts/colonies due to small spaces and constant attacks. Sticcs running with a panicked look is an obvious sign you are about to die.

Currently, there are 18 documented cases of an entity called the Door Maker supposedly creating a door that leads to Level -1, then being friendly and oddly charismatic and asking for the person to enter Level -1. the person can choose whether to go on and if you refuse the entity will become desperate, but if you answer firmly it will accept your choice and leave through its door.
