Description
This level is split into 3 zones.
- Caliginous Halls
- The School Zone
- N I L
Caliginous Halls: This zone looks like a complex of halls with intersections with no consistence. The walls are made of bricks, of white and yellow colours, and it looks broken and old. The floor, instead, is of colour grey, made fully of concrete and it seems to be places there like 3 days ago, but this is only visual. The roof is the same as the wall but fully new, and repaired, the lights are weak, and can't go into the fog more than 5 meters, because of the thick pitch black fog, even with a very powerful flashlight you can't see more than 8 meters, because of that its difficult to know where you are walking. There are also very weird noises like screams, they are heard every 5-10 seconds. The School Zone: This zone has a very unstable structure, and there are Smilers, they are pretty common, but they are not aggressive at the first contact, so only keep going, the zone looks like a high school with a lot of supplies, so it's recommended to take all as you can, because if you don't leave that zone before 1 hour, the lights will turn off and smilers will turn very aggressive.
N I L: You have to avoid this zone at ALL cost, it has many dangerous Entities, and it doesn't have a physical space. If you fall in there, you have a 90% chance of dying by the Entities, and it's the best way because if you have bad luck, and if you survive the Entities, you will end up on Level -81. To know if you are near this zone, you need to see if the lights in the Caliginous Halls zone start to be more weaker than normal, or if you start to hear noises that are more disturbing, if that happens you need to start going back or running because if you don't an a unknown entity will start approaching you.
The level doesn't have any documented entities, but it's still very dangerous. There is a secret room on the Caliginous Halls zone, its location changes everyday. It has a lot of papers, with a lot of information about the level, that why the M.E.G. group has a lot of information about the level, the papers are there because that room used to be a base in the past of a group of wanderers, but to exit the level.

Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- To enter this level, you need to go very deep into Level 3, and find a wooden door. It will bring you to this level upon entering.
Exits
- The first way to exit this level you need to find an elevator on the Caliginous Halls zone. It may bring you to the levels listed here: Level 3, Level 4, Level 11, and Level -81. You can't noclip into the walls, because you will end up in the N I L zone.
- Find a fire exit and it'll send you to Level 3.
- Survive the Entities in the N I L zone and it will send you to Level -81.
