Level 315: Mundane Columns

Survival Class: Class 3

  • Unsafe
  • Unsecure
  • Medium Entity Count

Description

Level 315 is the 316th level of the Backrooms, and is a level that isn't very well known than any other level.

Level 315 appears to be an immense room that extends for an unknown distance, commonly theorized to be endless. Level 315's ceiling is so great in vertical extent, any wonderer who enters this part of the backrooms is unable to see the top due to the light fog that lingers through this level. There are concrete pillars that are evenly separate from one of each other that because of a travellers incapability to see the ceiling due to the fog, seems to stretch vertically infinitely. The ground is made of a sort of glass that is very reflective, so much that you are able to see the pillar's reflection abundantly clearly.

Level 315 contains practically nothing in-between the pillars, and is almost completely devoid of aught, but that is what someone with no experience would think. When someone first enters Level 315, the area which they are now in, commonly known as the spawn area, is bereft of anything, but it is estimated if you travel approximately half a square mile you will begin to witness some more things. The most recurrent thing is Almond Water laying on the ground.

You will start to notice more things as you go on. With first bijou things such as Almond Water, and things with a greater distance, in particular pieces of furniture such as chairs or beds. The origin of how they got into level 315 but is theorized that 315 was some sort of facility.

Entities

Yes, Level 315 is for the most part completely devoid of anything whatsoever, but somehow level 315 still has inhabitants that roam this certain sector of the backrooms.

  • Facelings (Both Friendly & Hostile)
  • Hostile Death Moths
  • Hounds
  • Clumps
  • Skin-Stealers

Facelings

Facelings are the most common entity you will find, and probably will be the first one you witness.

When you see one, you will most likely see it casually walking through the vast emptiness Level 315 has to offer.

Friendly

This type of faceling is the most common and you will find more friendly facelings than hostile. These entities are harmless until provoked.

Hostile

This kind of faceling is slightly more rare than a normal friendly Faceling. If a faceling simply sees your presence it will hunt you down. An average human's running speed is around 7-15 MPH which is faster than facelings that are relative to Level 315's running speed.

Death Moths

There are many reports of travellers seeing or even being attacked by a death moth in level 315. Most death moths seen in this level are normally female, but male death moths can still be seen. Death moths relative to this level seem to have slightly worse sight than a normal human would, so if you see one in the distance, it probably hasn't seen you. Advice for if you do spot a death moth, simply go in the opposite direction, and if it has spotted you, run the other direction.

Hounds

Not so many sightings of this entity have been reporting roaming this area, but is still counted as an entity that inhabits this level. You have a somewhat high chance of outrunning a hound due to the extensive bareness Level 315 has.

Clumps

You can see clumps more often if you pass the half a square mile mark. They are relatively non-hazardous and don't see you as a threat. If you do try to attack it's many legs and arms it will try and harm you. Just simply don't provoke it.

Skin-Stealers

Skin Stealers in this level are rare, and for most travellers they wont even see them at all. They normally like to inhabit areas of level 315 that are distant from where you end up if you enter this level. If you spot one and it hasn't spotted you, you are very lucky, simply go in the opposite direction that the skin-stealer is in. If it has spotted you, good luck.
