Level 318 is the 319th level of the Backrooms.
Description
Level 318 is a safe level, infinitely repeating the same corridor with white floor and ceiling, pink walls and cherry color, comfortable chairs. There are fluorescent lights producing a faint buzzing noise, and on the walls there are sometimes windows, which you are unable to see anything through.
On the side of the walls with the chairs, there are posters reading "Please do not move the chairs", it's unconfirmed what happens if you do, but some say the chairs glitch and transport you to Level -318, which is the negative and opposite of The Waiting Room.
The Nurse's Offices can be accessed by entering through a door labeled "Office 5", where you can find Almond Water or bandages. DO NOT TAKE ANY PILLS IF YOU FIND THEM, the pills you might find are mostly poisonous and can kill you on consumption. No-Clipping through the floor here will lead you to Level 28 or level 267.

There are no confirmed entities living in Level 318.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- There is a small chance that when entering a hospital in Level 11 you will be transported to Level 318.
- Using a door in Level 276 that has the text "Waiting Room" on it will lead you to Level 318.
Exits
- Moving a chair will make it glitch out and interacting with it will likely transport you to Level -318.
- Jumping into and breaking a window will transport you to Level 144.
