Description
A picture of 3D, Real Life and 2D merging. Photographer reported dead.
Level 334 is what is seen as a small studio, with luminescent lights on stands, a white screen, a few chairs and white drywall. Though this may sound small, it is incredibly large, with inverted gravity, and everything flipped over. The reason for this is because of this Level's nature.
Consoles
This level has three consoles available to everybody, close to how the The End's computer works. The first console can function simply by thought, but it requires code, that being BASH, or Bourne Again SHell. I'm not going around to explain how BASH works, but basically, BASH executes and finds files. Everything (in this level) is considered a file in this case. This console only works on non-entities, meaning you cannot mv (move file) or rm (delete file [that isn't empty]). Typically, running BASH is hard to do without experience, so if you ever come across this level, or simply just as preparation, you may want to learn BASH. BASH will be important as demonstrated by the third console.
The second console is Blender, which has to be accessed via the provided laptop (sorry PC blender users). This console is simple in function: Make something and then use it with the third console. For those who don't know what blender is, Blender is just an application for making 3D models. Also, an interesting fact that you can
- Use the Texture Paint to gain a 2D effect (which when it comes out, is actually 2 dimensional)
- Use animations and then trigger them via Python
- Script within the app (not recommended for shit)
The final console is Python, which can be accessed via any thought or through the app (like a hybrid between one and two). Python can trigger and start scenarios within the level. For example, if --entity-- touches --blender.obj-- then --blender.obj.pos=entity.pos--. BASH stores these and then runs them separately or can even create some sort of algorithm if wished. It can also run them if they aren't "if... then's", meaning like, --blender.obj.size = Vector3(100,100,100)--, making an object larger (or smaller if they're bigger than 100).
Values and Limits
Obviously there are limits within this dumb and stupid level, and obviously real life equivalent of values. First the values, a value of one would equivocate to one foot, meaning if I made a {1,1,1} cube, it'd be 13 feet, or a cubic foot. Next, the limits. Limits list 500,500,500. No object can be larger than that, and the max area space for a Wanderer is 1000,1000,1000. Nothing can achieve enough brightness to burn (or nearly burn) retinas. Max Velocity is 20 miles per second. Max achievable speed near the border of the level is literally 1017 miles per millisecond (to promote noclipping). Maximum amount of Wanderers killed daily is 20. Max objects achievable is 10,000 (not including stored ones). Max noise is 90 dB, and minimum noise is -20 dB. Max density is Level 552's wood.
Hazards
The level has a bounty list in which Wanderers have to complete. If a Wanderer does not comply, the level will strip them of their consoles and let them fall on the roof of the studio and literally just splatter their body parts everywhere and die. This bounty is a small paper, with one name, indicating the person you need to kill. This person is random but is mostly made to work like a chain (so nobody hunts each other, making it so "w1 -> w2 -> w3 -> w1 -> w2, etc"). Sanity decreasing in this level is normal, and Almond Water does not have effect here, due to this hazard being self-inflicted and environment forced. It should be noted that only twenty Wanderers need to die daily, so if those 20 are up, nobody can attack each other. If you are concerned that if Wanderers won't kill each other, what would happen, well it's very simple, because they won't (insane people) and they can't (level will kill them if it wants to).
Extra Facts
Void/Cosmology map.
- This level is an incarnation of The End's computer, the consciousness being the level, and the mediums being the Wanderers.
- Using the Void/Cosmology map, look at the middle of the map. That is where the level is, and it serves as an origin point. Launching yourself (using a different object) through at any angle will make you end up anywhere in the Backrooms, or even the The Frontrooms!. Using degrees and power will help the accuracy. Due to the level knowing this, you cannot spread information about this, but if you calculate it or learn it before coming to the level, then you can freely noclip to whatever place, and even practice your noclipping skills.
Colonies and Outposts
Due to the dangers of this level, there are currently no colonies or outposts on this level.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- Noclipping through The End's computer brings you here.
- Noclipping through too many objects will bring you here.
- At a rare chance, breaking a door in Level 0.7 will bring you here.
Exits
- The only possible way of leaving is noclipping.
