Level 335 appears to be a nursing home. All across most hallways, you'll be able to find furniture from the 80's. The reason for this is unknown. In certain hallways, you’ll come across a mirror at the end of the hall, before it splits into corridors. Looking at the mirror will summon The Caretaker. Along the hallways are doors that lead to individual rooms. From afar, you can hear slow jazz music from the rooms; but if you go closer to a room, you can hear the voices of the elderly talking about things that happened in their heyday. Some rooms have televisions that have been turned on, playing TV shows from anytime between 1934 and 1962. Upon opening one of the doors, you’ll see furniture from a specific decade, depending on the corridor you’re in. Some of the furniture seems to be decayed. If a wanderer walks too far in one direction, a very distorted version of a random track in the music album "Everywhere at the End of Time" will start emanating from an unknown source. The distortion will give the wanderer emotional anxiety, and decrease the wanderer's sanity by a lot.
The Cafeteria
The Cafeteria in Level 335.
The Cafeteria is the only place where you are able to meet other wanderers on this level. There's a large stock of food and Almond Water in the kitchen that regularly restocks, and all of it is completely safe to consume. The food seems to never mold, rot, and or decay. There are floor-to-ceiling windows around the cafeteria. They are impossible to break. Upon looking outside and touching one of the windows, there's a rare chance you’ll be transported to a random level, depending on your sanity. If you’re sanity is in a good condition, you’ll be sent to a safe level. If it is in a bad condition, you will be sent to a dangerous level. The weather outside the windows have a 50/50 chance of randomly changing every 20 minutes.
The Caretaker wanders the halls looking for wanderers that are not aware of its existence. The Caretaker disguises himself as a charming, yet tired looking young man with dark hair that matches the dark circles under his brown eyes. He wears a nurse outfit and simply calls himself "The Caretaker". If he sees a wanderer, he will make the wanderer hear slow, ominous noises. He will then tell you in a soothing voice: "Please follow me to your room". This can be avoided if you quickly enter a room and close the door if you see him. If you must interact with the caretaker, you have to follow him. He then will lead you to a random room, where you must stay in for an hour. When he starts to lead you to a room, do not look back; he will kill you if you do. if you leave before an hour has passed, you will see his real form, and he will kill you immediately. No one who has seen his true form comes out alive, so it’s unknown what he looks like.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
The only way to enter this level is by going through a decaying wooden door.
Exits
The first method into leaving this level is to stay in a room for 48 hours. Whatever you do, do not leave the room. If the room has a television, turn it on, and put on a show that has furniture similar to the furniture in the room you're in. As you watch the show, the furniture around you will slowly start to look like it's brand new. You must do this in order to be able to exit this level. Once you sleep on the 2nd night, you will wake up in a random level. The 2nd way is to touch a window in the Cafeteria. There will be a 50/50 chance of getting sent to a random level. The level depends on your sanity.
