Description

Level 34 resembles a large room with mud-covered white walls, no windows, and a locked metal door. The temperatures here are always very low, ranging from 5°C to 15°C. On this level, there is always liquid falling in a heavy rain-like fashion onto a floor comprised of mud. It is unknown where this liquid comes from, because it is difficult to see due to the constant rainfall. Because of this, it is unclear if this level has a ceiling. The mud is constantly deep, squishy and sticky from the “rain” so expect to sink down to your ankles every time you take a step. There is a round fence, white in color, enclosing a circular area in the centre of the level. This fence is not believed to serve a purpose. This level is quite poorly lit, and the only illumination comes from above. Again, the source is unknown due to vision being highly limited. When this is paired with the loud noise of the “rain” landing in the mud, it is difficult to hear or see anything around you. Because of this, it is difficult for one to realize they are in a room when one first appears in this level. Most of the time, this is only learned when one accidentally walks into a wall.

The liquid that falls on this level has been found to be perfectly potable, but has not been identified. It has been described as “having a flavor of strawberry and chocolate milk combined”. This being said, it resembles Frontroom water in qualities such as appearance, viscosity and density. However, it will not mix with any other liquid, even when it has the same density. When it is added to a fluid with the same density, it will simply form into a suspended bubble. As well as this, it is not sticky and does not leave a residue when it evaporates. Consumption of this fluid has seen no negative effects or symptoms in individuals with lactose intolerance or milk allergies.

Entities

A range of common backroom entities, such as smilers, hounds, skinstealers and facelings. They roam the level, seemingly aimlessly, and because of lack of vision, the amount of entities in this level have never been counted. The entities on this level make it a very dangerous place, mainly because it is difficult to see or hear them approaching. Essentially, once a person sees an entity, they are as good as dead unless they are prepared and ready to attack.

Colonies and Outposts

Creating a colony on this level is not preferable, due to the temperatures and the rain. Because of this, no colonies have been established on this level and none are likely to be established in the future.

Recommended Equipment

If one is to intentionally enter this level, they are to proceed with caution due highly sight/hearing limiting conditions and dangerous entities. When entering this level, one is to ensure that they have these items on hand:

  • An umbrella, for obvious reasons- the larger the better, as this allows for more field of vision
  • A drink bottle (optional, for if one wishes to catch the “rain” for later consumption)
  • A knife or sword to attack any entities that one may encounter

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

  • Being caught in the rain for too long on any open level will transport a person here.
  • Breaking through the walls with a pencil in Level 443 will lead you here.
  • Opening an unlocked freezer door in Level 314 will bring you here.

Exits

  • Pushing down a specific post in the round fence unlocks the door with a click. Enter through this door to be transported to Level 35.
