Level 391: Acrophobic Scopophobia
Level 391.
Survival Difficulty | 3
- Unsafe
- Unsecure
- Low Entity Count
Description
Level 391 appears to be a kind of large tower, but one who experiences this level will only ever experience the interior. Internally of this level is an unfathomable amount of stories, each one being easily accessed from a staircase. Each floor there are handrails and a traveller can look down and see the great quantity of levels, one cannot see the bottom. This can trigger acrophobia.
The walls of Level 391 appears to be constructed of plain wood and the floors being a generic concrete material.
Each floor will most likely be devoid of any rooms, but if Level 391 is explored enough, you will most likely encounter a door which can, but not certain, lead you to another level. If a door does not lead you to another level, it will probably be an office-like room.
Another Picture of Level 391
If an individual was to attempt suicide via jumping, it is theorized they would not die from hitting an object, but by the fall itself. The length of Level 391 is estimated to be infinite.
Items
Items in Level 391 are actually quite common. You can find Almond Water placed on a handrail or on the floor. In rooms, you will probably find more objects as well.
Entities
Death Moths
The most common entity you will find is Death Moths. Some are relative to this level and are usually faster than ordinary death moth. You will most likely encounter a death moth a few levels above parallel to you. It will probably not follow you, but in a rare circumstance if it does, you can probably outrun them.
Death moths, yet being capable of flight, don't appear to be able to fly over the handrails.
Facelings
Facelings aren't as common as death moths, but one who wants to leave Level 391 will most likely encounter one. Facelings pose no threat to you, this is because how it is very difficult to even catch up to this entity. Travellers have noticed that if they see a faceling multiple stories above them and a traveller goes to that same level, the faceling somehow disappears.
Staring Facelings
Staring Facelings are a type of faceling exclusive to Level 319. They appear to be a figure in pure black and can be seen floors below or above you, most likely parallel to you, and this kind of faceling will simply stare. They are completely harmless, and like an ordinary faceling, upon same level encounter they seem to disappear.
Rooms
Rooms are areas that can be mostly empty, but can contain items or even be an entrance to another level. You can find a room by locating a door which leads you into a room. The room's interior is usually random, but can be familiar to certain levels.
Here are levels that can be entered through the rooms in Level 391. (Confirmed)
And most likely more.

Entrances and Exits
Entrances
A way to enter Level 391 is by entering a metal door that can randomly appear in levels 2-11. It is completely random when one will decide to spawn.
Another way is to enter Level 391 is by executing code on the computer in The End. Open Command Prompt and type "BACKROOMS TISL 391" which it will take a few seconds to process, but should say "ATTEMPT TO ACCESS TISL DATA: UNSPECIFIED/UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION, STILL OPERATE INPUTTED FORMAT? (Y/N)" type "Y" then click enter, it should take you to Level 391, if it for some reason fails to bring you to this level, try again in a few hours.
The last confirmed way to enter Level 391 is from Level 188. There is a high chance there are noclipped floors or walls located where the interior of Level 188 can be viewed from the roof. Be warned in advance, in Level 188's page the picture that displays what it looks like from the roof, it warns to not get up to this specific location, as the original photographer had gone missing.
There are most likely many more ways of entering this level, but has not been discovered.
Exits
The only confirmed method of leaving this level is by entering a door which will lead you into a room, there are chances that room will lead you to another level.
Surprisingly, there are no noclippable walls or floors in this level (excludes rooms)
Do not attempt to leave this level by jumping. You will fall until your body cannot handle the fall, not you hitting an object.
Colonies and Outposts
Base Acro
Base Acro is an Outpost, ran by Backroom Colonists. They are currently situated on a floor. It is estimated they have a population of 5-8 people. They are open to people lost in this level.
