Description
Level 398 is a snowy environment. If you enter this level with a watch or any other device with a clock, the clock will display 12 a.m. In this level, changing the time on the clocks is impossible. This level is fully habitable, and there may be other wanderers here as well. Some wanderers have already established massive cities and colonies, and humanity has thrived here. However, this level has certain strange qualities as well. When you spawn in this level, you'll be around 10 miles from civilization. This has led to wanderers going in the other direction of civilization, and those wanderers have never been heard from again. Fortunately, only a few months ago, a sign was installed indicating the correct path to civilization. Another peculiar feature is that Smilers at this level are remarkably docile. Smilers do not attack wanderers unless provoked, and they may even be pets for some individuals. Finally, the automobiles on this level emerge out of nowhere. These automobiles are not beings, yet they are depicted as such since they arrive out of nowhere. Most people believe that this is a present from an unknown source, because people are usually thrilled when they find an automobile parked in their driveway at random.

Smilers
Smilers at this level are more docile than normal smilers. In the light, these smilers have the look of a normal dog, but in the dark, they exhibit their typical "Smiler" face. Smilers produce a metal scraping sound instead of barking when they are in their dog form. This loudness, thankfully, is not hazardous to human hearing. They don't make any noise when they're in their smiler state though.
