Level 39991: "All You Need to Know"
A section of Level 39991
Level 39991 is an infinitely large library containing books about everything that could, does, has and will exist in the entire universe, and in every dimension - including the Backrooms (which is the first section you'll see when you enter this level). The level contains large windows that are impossible to break, tables with chairs between the walls of books, and is very well lit, meaning you won't need to bring any light sources with you. There are also vending machines filled with bottles of Almond Water scattered around the level, and since you can stay here indefinitely, this is a good place to rest, get supplies and prepare for the next level.
Entities
Level 39991 only contains one type of entity, The Librarians. The Librarians are legless creatures with dark-yellow, slimy skin and long, thin arms. They tend to roam around Level 39991 organizing books and cleaning tables and floors. They're usually very docile, and if you approach them calmly and don't make any loud noises, they're quite friendly. However, if you provoke them by making a loud noise, they'll start rapidly approaching you, and if they manage to grab you, they'll begin to slowly rip your limbs off, eventually killing you.
The Error Log
The Error Log is a book found in the 'Backrooms' section of the library containing 886 pages of information about anomalies found throughout the Backrooms, split into 6 chapters: Anomalous Levels, Negative Levels, The Midrooms, Anomalous Entities, Broken Objects and ????.
????, the 6th chapter, stands out as it is completely unlike the others. It contains every possible sequence of B's and R's (of length 20), but a few of these sequences have incorrect letters inserted into them. Stringing these incorrect letters together forms the sentences "The exits are fake" and "Trying to leave results in". The second sentence seems to be cut off.

This book is the exact same length as The Error Log but it seems as though all of the letters are shuffled.

The Error Log: Section 2
This book is 114 pages long and seems to be either a continuation or cut part of The Error Log. It contains 4 chapters: Further Anomalous Levels, The Marathon, Anomalous Groups and The Second Door. "The Marathon" simply describes levels 39990 through 39999. And The Second Door describes a door similar to the one used to enter Level 39990, except blue and with much more difficult requirements. This door supposedly leads to a level that isn't named in the book, and the only description is "True Escape".
Colonies and Outposts
The Library Rebellion (TLR)
This group is dedicated to trying to tame the Librarians, find any hidden areas of the library, and fine ways to get useful books out of it. As of now, the group has 145 members (107 humans and 38 tamed Librarians). Due to the nature of this colony, it only operates in Level 39991.
Freedom of The Library (FoTL)
Freedom of The Library is a much smaller and secretive group that TLR doesn't yet know about. Their main focus is publishing the contents of the library's books, allowing other travelers in the Backrooms to access them without having to make the journey to Level 39991, and risk getting sent to The Padded Room via Level 39990 in the process. As of now, they have 33 members (20 humans and 13 tamed Librarians). For the same reasons as TLR, FoTL also only operates in Level 39991.

Entrances
- Get 4-6 points on the test in Level 39990.
- Survive for 24 hours in Level 1933.
- Enter the ladder beneath the manhole at the end of Level 443556.
Exits
- Find a desk with a grey service bell on it and ring it to enter Level 234.
- Find a book titled "Level 39992" in the Backrooms section and open it to enter Level 39992.
