Level 4002 is the 4003rd level of the Backrooms.

Description
Level 4002 is an endless cave, with several mountains of gold and treasure. This level seems to have a mysterious light illuminating from it, which doesn't happen in normal caves. There are several stalactites and stalagmites poking everywhere, making it unsafe for some travelers, for they could impale them.

Colonies and Outposts
Due to the nature of this level, creating a colony or outpost would be extremely dangerous.
Entities
The dragon protecting its treasure.
There is only 1 entity inside Level 4002, which is called The Dragon.
The Dragon protects this cave, and kills anyone inside it, because it thinks that you, inside this level, is attempting to steal its treasure, and it does not like that, so it would do anything in its power to stop you from going forward.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
Punching a hole in a wall in Level 0 and going through it will send you to this level.
Going through a black door in Level 1 will have you end up in this level.
Eating a patch of weed in Level 420 will have a low chance of sending you to this level.
You can enter this level through riding a minecart straight down in Level 1819.
(NOTE: USING THE LEVEL 1819 ROUTE IS VERY RISKY, AS IT CAN BRING YOU TO LEVEL !)
Exits
Going through a treasure chest will send you to either back to Level 1 or 188.
Digging through a mound of treasure will have a low chance of having a trapdoor under it, leading you back to Level 90.
Going through a white door will take you to Level 4081, but this appears very rarely.
If you let The Dragon eat you, it will either kill you, or in an extremely low chance, it will send you to Level 18,446,744,073,709,551,616
