Description
A photo of Level 400's grass field. The photographer currently resides in Level 11.
Level 400 seems to be a hilly grass field with a dream-like appearance. Flowers and trees sometimes appears, and they carry nectar and fruits that are edible and is a source of food in Level 400. The clouds usually rain Almond Water, and they can last from 10 hours to 2 months. Grass of Level 400 is inedible, as they carry a toxic substance that will make one nauseous and feverish for days.
Neighborhoods rarely appear in Level 400 inhabited with Wanderers. The houses are filled with normal household items, and supplies that can regenerate itself.
Entities
There are no entities in Level 400.
Colonies & Outposts
M.E.G.
The M.E.G. were the first group to discover and successfully enter the level. The M.E.G. sends 10 personnel every month to study the nature of Level 400. The group is neutral, and they never trade with other groups.
Neighbors
The Neighbors consists of 20 people who guide Wanderers to the rare neighborhoods found in Level 400. They are willing to trade, as long as the person they are trading with is friendly.
There are more colonies in Level 400, but they are mostly obscure.
Entrances & Exits
Entrances
Level 400 is infamously hard to enter, however in extremely rare cases walking far in a level with a grass field would randomly teleport you to Level 400. One can stumble upon a door randomly that will lead to Level 400.
Exits
Level 400 serves as an entrance to the Promised Land. Ask a person in the Neighbors group and they will lead you to the Promised Land.

Level 400: "Secretive Room"
Description
The first and only successful attempt to take a photo of Level 400.
Level 400's information above is a cover-up for the true appearance of Level 400. It is not an ordinary field, instead, it is M.E.G.'s most feared level. Even the highest-ranking members of the M.E.G. do not know the truth of Level 400, including the members of the Consensus of Impresarios.
Level 400 consists of a single room, presumably located in an abandoned, and empty apartment. The walls are painted gray, and the floor seems to have not been finished nor painted yet. Level 400's reality appears to be collapsing on itself, as objects and matter crumbles down, plus it makes up physical glitches that can be touched. Floating computer codes float in the air, although they cannot be touched. Laws of physics (mainly Newton's Law) does not exist, and time is constantly shifting from going forward to backwards.
All devices malfunction completely due to the absence of laws of physics in Level 400. Any attempts at communicating, recording, tracking, and more are proven to be unsuccessful. Taking a photograph of Level 400 is possible, though one has to follow an extensive process only some individuals in the M.E.G. have the skill and knowledge to do it. Despite the extensive process of Level 400, the photograph would still corrupt, resulting in a glitchy photo.
Every entity, more precisely Class 7 entities, do not possess the same powers they have outside of Level 400. This implies that Level 400 is one of the most dangerous levels for everyone. They may be able to escape, although it is incredibly tough and exhausting.
The Computer
In the middle of the room of Level 400, sits a Commodore 64 computer. It runs the newest Microsoft Windows version, Windows 11. Despite its RAM only being 64 KB, the computer anomalously runs Windows 11 without any problem. The software itself lacks any pre-installed programs, including Recycle Bin and File Explorer. The only software the computer has is simply named "Text". It appears to be a replacement for Command Prompt. Instead of using the Java programming language, it simply uses words meaning every individual can understand.
Nobody besides the First and the Wanderer who discovered the level knows the nature of the Computer. Even the members of the Consensus of Impresarios do not know the truth of Level 400 or the Computer's existence.

Wanderer's Talk
The Computer, I cannot say it in words to be honest. Its powers are beyond comprehension, nobody else can know it, even the Computer itself knows it. If the Computer fall into the wrong hands, well, let's just say everything, the Backrooms, possibly the Frontrooms, and everything, will cease to exist. Everyone and everything you know, love, and hate will just, disappear, as if nothing had ever existed. I question myself, why did he choose me? I'm a normal person, a Wanderer, in the Backrooms. I'm not special at all.
The First asked Mater Lunae about it the other day. I don't know why the information about it makes everyone quiet. She hasn't been back from the cave for days. So far, she has been there for 120 days now, is she starting to fall apart? I heard Father Time, time itself, got quiet since he heard of the Computer. Time in the Backrooms started to collapse since that happened. Followers of Jerry is starting to forget Jerry. I haven't heard of any mentions of Jerry for months now. And the Crimson Wanderer, he's just, gone. Why is this happening? How and why does that Computer exist? Is it an entity? I looked at its CPU box, it's just normal. I looked inside the monitor, it's still normal, the screen are made of pixels. Is this just an ordinary computer? Is it controlling our minds? Most of these entities have godly powers, this must be a lie.
Seems like the Frontrooms is still fine, but why?
UPDATE:
Well, after 2 years, everything went back to normal. I'm pretty sure everyone forgot about it. Mater Lunae finally came out of the cave, everything is okay now, right?
