Description: This level is an infinitely long street which features the design of a futuristic dystopian metropolis but with the distinct feature of the walls being made in what appears to be the walls of all being made of cobblestone with the neon aesthetic, major skyscrapers and flying vehicles similar to cars like seen in many cyberpunk films in fiction. There are also many rooms and also this level also contains some sublevels.

There are been sightings of smilers, deathmoths and hounds where garbage is most found but it is unconfirmed if they have been sighted anywhere else in this level, wanderers must stay weary at all times with insanities being placed all over the level and sublevels.

Rooms:

The Chinese Takeaway: This is the most common room on this level behind the clothing/shoe stores. With the exterior having just a depiction of a dragon in eastern culture with the interior just being a singular room with a counter with no other furniture, however at random intervals there will be entities that will put almond water and bread on said counter, these entities look like humans with no facial features, although having the ability to do task and kill others when being attacked.

The Shoe/Clothing store: These rooms can be found everywhere on this level, with the exterior having neon poles and neon letters that spell out what can be described as gibberish. The interior has several wooden seats positioned in random places and clothing/shoe racks littered everywhere in the room. There are no entities here.

The Barbers: This room is rare to find but you will come across it eventually. This room is very similar to the shoe/clothing store with neon poles and neon letters with gibberish on the exterior. However, inside it looks identical to a modern day barbers on the interior with all of the proper equipment replaces with knifes and other sharp objects. There are no entities here.

The Apartments: These buildings are most commonly seen where all the others rooms are not. On the exterior, it looks like an apartment made of brick similar to those you would find in London with the windows whited out. On the inside, it is just a wooden closet with many children's toys.

The Small Walmart: The rarest and hardest to find room, this room is one way to get out of this level. The exterior is a flight of stairs leading down to a wooden door with the Walmart logo above, once open the room will seem like just pipes that make up a room. If you stay there for at least 5 minutes a door will open up in the pipes that will lead you to a level that is similar to a store.

Colonies and Outposts:

Planet Express:

This colony is made up of 70 personnel.

The largest colony so far.

Named after the an organization from the popular show Futurama, this colony is known for delivering resources to wanderers and proving food to one and other in the colony.

The Streety:

This colony wants to control this level of the backrooms and is an enemy of all the factions on this level.

M.E.G Base Ξ-Π:

This outpost is a fort constructed out of shoe and clothing racks found in shoe/clothing stores.

This outpost has 132 residents.

Entrances:

The most only way to enter this level is by entering a room filled with ice found on Level 11 where you will teleport to an area of Level 423.

Exits:

The Small Walmarts is a common way to exit, however you can noclip through the walls in The Apartments, leading to Level 188, you can also find tunnels that will lead you to Level 69, metro stations that lead you to The Metro and last of all hotel exteriors that lead you to sub-level 423.1.
