Description
Level 5.4 appears as a limitless basement hallway; the hallways have composed of the kind of walls like on Level 0, a white concrete floor, some eradicated birch ceiling, and an incandescent light bulb that glints the hallways; all hallways are comparable to each other. Notes can be found which are distributed, and are made by the level itself if you've glimpsed a note. Don't trust it; all it does is confuse you. Racks can furthermore be found at this level, and it comprises food and almond water; some food is old. It's better not to trust this level's food. Broken hallways are just broken hallways; all it commits is simply barricading your path; this level prevails badly mapped due to shifting properties of this level, so you're going to get easily lost, and by the way, numerous entities will stop on your journey.

Entities
- Smilers are commonly found on this level; they are scattered all around the level.
- Facelings are commonly found moreover, they are found generally on corners of the hallways.
- Death Moths can also be found here, but don't be concerned; they are relatively rare at this level.
- Morphers are typically found here and are the vastly hostile entity at this level.
- Nowadays, Insanity is found here, mainly found in regions that don't have much light.
- There might be distinct entities residing on this level, and probably some are undocumented entities wandering and waiting to be discovered.
Events
Three circumstances are documented at this level, this is the subsequent events:
- Peaceful Time: At this event, all lights will be brighter and all entities will become friendly and unhostile.
- Dark Unpeaceful Time: This event is the opposite of Peaceful Time; all of the lights will be off and all entities will be more adverse and aggressive; your sanity will go down incredibly fast at this time.
- Decaying Time: This is the largest periodic occurring circumstance at this level, at this moment, all walls, floors, and ceilings will be deteriorating and after the occasion has occurred, new hallways will be made.
Colonies and Outpost
There is only one outpost and colony in this level called:
Outpost Basehall
They keep coming around to this level, so they can obtain resources from other levels, or avoid Dark Unpeaceful Time and Decaying Level Events. Outpost Basehall has a member count of 26; their purposes are to help somebody who got lost in this level and study the properties of this level.
History of Outpost Basehall
They'd had 42 members back then, but the 16 of them confronted their destiny. Their Outpost was ambushed by a group of Morphers and Facelings. Outpost Basehall was made by an association of wanderers and commenced as an Outpost at this level.
B.I.S.T Research Facility 3
B.I.S.T (Backrooms Institute of Science and Technology) Research Facility 3 is located at this level, like the Outpost Basehall; they avoid the two events, to obtain reserves and analysis the unique properties of the level. B.I.S.T Research Facility 3 has a member-count of 43, open and willing to market and open to current members.
History of B.I.S.T Research Facility 3
Subsequently, after just 3 months of the discovery of this level, the B.I.S.T (Backrooms Institute of Science and Technology) already has planned to set-up an exploration facility at this level, the B.I.S.T ask the Outpost Basehall if they can have their authorization, the Outpost Basehall approved, so that's how B.I.S.T Research Facility 3 has established.

Entrances
- Going through a basement in Level 5.3 will direct you to this level.
Exits
- No-clipping in a portrait of Intramuros has a 79% possibility to teleport you to Level 628.
- Going into a door will lead you to a random level.
- Roaming too much in this level might bring you to Level 5.7.
- Going in The Exit Door at this level will oversee you to Level 111.
- Entering a very dark area in the level then finding a neon "block's and touching it will lead you to Level -150.2.
