Level 559 is the 590th level of the Backrooms.
Description
The only picture of this level, context is before evolution.
Technically the End of the cluster from Levels 550-590, but also not because its number indicates it is the penultimate level before this little cluster of 10 levels. The Last; Upon Memoir's appearance comes from the way this level functions. The longer you've thrived in the Backrooms, the more effect it has. The Last is a level that evolves to fit sort of a Hallway with rings, and showcases and flashes memories. The level then starts to create an environment, and makes people the wanderer would want in their life, in an environment that the Wanderer would like, and whether or not it is directly what they desire (or basically, what the wanderer TRULY wants, rather than just some superficial goal or idea). Then, this level will slowly burn away at those false memories, and this fire will slowly emit Cortisol (stress inducing chemical). Once this event happens, you have a chance of survival, but an unknown entity will start chasing you. It would at least be minimal to call this entity Danger Level 4, so be cautious. The level has an edge in as to how your brain works, and it may trigger memory loss, and long-term hallucinations of the false memories created there. Many people who have reported to have left this level have a bitter-sweet sorrow on their minds, even if they don't remember what it was. It can be speculated that coming back from The Last can make you wiser in any emotional level or understanding level, as many Wanderers who've come back have seen sped up mental aging and much more maturity.
