Level 578 (Slipped Stairway) is a seemingly infinite staircase going down. You cannot feel any pain in this level, nor can you get hurt. You can also jump 5x higher than you can in The Frontrooms. It appears to be stairs leading down. You will spawn next to a library, and if you go through the Library door, you will enter The End. If you go down, however, you will start to feel watched. The further down you go, the more anxiety and paranoia you will feel. You will run into entities going UP the stairs. The only way to survive is by jumping over the entities, then running down as fast as you can for 20 seconds, or you can simply kill them. Wanderers say they saw "hints" left on the wall to do the wrong thing, resulting in them getting killed. After 500 flights of stairs, ALL of the lights will go out. The entities will be replaced by more dangerous ones. No photos have been taken yet, as all items on your person will disappear once you enter this level. (Well, except your clothes, of course.) The further down you go, you will find medieval weapons, and armor laying around. 50% of the items you have collected here will disappear when you go to the next level.
