Level 6.1 is a sub-level between Level 6 and 7 of the Backrooms.

Contents
Description
Though consisting of one room with defined dimensions, Level 6.1 is separated into two floors composed of a variety of different eating establishments, each specializing in a particular area of food or culinary type. All of which share the same 1950’s architecture and aesthetic of The Bar, which seems to be the “core” and spawn location of this particular room as all the other restaurants seem to get their supplies from its storage room.
One thing to note is that it is one of the only sub-levels in the Backrooms that seemingly has only one section instead of millions of rooms like the usual.
This level seems to be the prime source of food in the Backrooms, as people are coming in every hour or so. It houses every kind of food and drinks you can think of, ranging from hot food and full meals, every variety of drinks such as soda, juice and water and simple snacks like granola bars, cookies and chips, you name it. And yes, it also houses Almond Water for those who are wondering. This Level also contains Holy Water. You can also find a sweeter, colored variant of Almond Water called Almond Juice. Strangely, upbeat jazz music plays from time to time despite the fact there are absolutely no radios or speakers anywhere in this Level.
There is a very rare chance of this happening, but an occasional Faceling from Level 11 will appear in the restaurant. It is from Level 11 These will have the same properties as on level 11, avoid leaving the doors open before entering to this level. If they don't attack, sometimes they try to chat with other human customers, but since they lack a face, this isn't possible.
Author's Notice: The level is sanitized and cleaned every night, and food, no matter how long it has stayed out seems to never spoil and hot food never gets cold, and cold food never gets warm. These factors however end once taken out of Level 6.1.
This is one of the only ways to eat discontinued food.
Discovery
Level 6.1 was discovered by an anonymous person from the Backrooms Explorers. This occurred in Level 6 when he tripped on a wire in the pitch blackness and fell onto a table in a bar that looked like it was built somewhere around 1958. He then snapped a photo on top of said table. The photo did not come through, sadly. Fortunately, lately on 11/15/20, a user managed to snap a photo with his friend, who was dancing joyfully behind the counter.
Entities
Usually hostile entities like Smilers, Skin-Stealers, Facelings, Hounds, and Stalkers are docile. In fact, they are friendly. They act like how a normal person would act at a normal party. One person claims that a smiler went up to him, and kind of looked like it was trying to speak to him. Sometimes, Skin Stealers and Smilers will go on the stage located adjacent to The Bar and tell jokes, but only Smilers are funny. Child Facelings also exist at this level. They are still mischievous, but rather than trying to kill you, they pull harmless pranks like whoopie cushions and fake vomit. M.E.G. members have a theory that the entities are congratulating you for surviving Level 6.

Archived Log: Log 03/06/22
A hostile entity came out after entering the candy store on Level 11 and attacked a group of people next to Level 6.1's entrance. M.E.G, along with other people that were in Level 6.1 at the time, terminated the entity quickly. M.E.G and a small group of scientists are analyzing if "The 11 Effect" only works on their own level. The entrance is now strictly protected by M.E.G personnel after this incident. In total, two wanderers were killed, and 4 others were injured. This log shows an interview with a victim's friend.

Unidentified M.E.G. Researcher: Log 03/06/22, the "Snackrooms" incident, initiating recording. Good afternoon.
Mike: Hi.
Unidentified M.E.G. Researcher: I'd like to ask you what were you doing when this incident happened.
Mike: Well, it was my third time visiting Level 6.1, I was looking to stock on some food supplies for an upcoming expedition with my buddies. We were in a group of four at the time, I was at the bar with Lucas, and the other two were at the Circus Burger. I was ordering some Almond Water when all of the sudden a Hound busted through the level's entrance. Lucas was on my right side, so he was closer to the door. The Hound threw me and some other people over. As I stood up I noticed the beast attacking Lucas and some other girl. People started throwing chairs and broken bottles at the Hound. By the time they had managed to stop it's attack, Lucas had been beheaded, and the girl's leg had been teared apart. People tried saving the girl but she had bled to death. We had no idea this could have happened, we were all just in shock.
Unidentified M.E.G. Researcher: I'm sorry for your loss, thank you for your time.
<Sobbing can be heard>
Mike: You're welcome.
