Level 6219 is the 6220th level of the Backrooms

Level 6219 resembles a vintage home with a calm, cozy atmosphere.
This level was discovered by an unknown traveler under the alias 'Sphinx'. It is the home of two incredibly dangerous entities:
- Mama
- Mama's Boys
Level 6219 is seemingly infinite, and Sphinx had not covered any exits in his description of the level. It contains sinks, toilets, and other appliances which produce a purple, paralyzing liquid deemed "Mama's Juice". When one takes even a sip of this liquid, their body will become paralyzed from the waist-down for approximately 12 minutes. In this time, cysts will grow on the infected's neck. And eventually, those cysts will pop despite the efforts of the traveler. Once popped, the cysts will produce a thicker and more potent version of Mama's Juice which will attract all of Mama's Boys in the area and paralyze the victim's entire body. Once Mama's Boys arrive, the victim will be eaten slowly and painfully.

Within Level 6219, the main concern and most dangerous entity is 'Mama'. A large 12' tall pale skinned being with black nails. Its full image has never been caught, as anyone who sees it has already been fated to die.

The only known image of her is a scribble present on a crumpled piece of paper hidden underneath the sofa in the 'living room' area. It was quite possibly drawn by one of 'Mama's Boys', pitch black entities who stand on all fours with extremely thin bodies. If drawn by a Mama's Boy, then it could explain more about what they are, their origin, and about Mama.
There are several hiding places within level 6219, although the level is very disorienting. One hideout is found within the 3rd cabinet on the right side of the first kitchen which can be identified by a large claw mark, and dried blood. When one enters the cabinet, they are dropped into a large black space with only the cabinet as an exit. If they close the cabinet, they will be permanently stuck in the pocket dimension. If they leave it open, then they only have a few minutes before Mama arrives. Another hiding place can be found in the living room area within the TV. One must shatter the glass and quickly get inside. The space is somewhat larger than a normal everyday cabinet, making it cramped depending on how large the traveler is. When someone enters the TV, the shattered glass will be repaired and for five minutes they will be safe. However, once time is up they will be randomly teleported to another section of the level.
Colonies and Outposts
Allegedly, there is a single colony known as the 'Children of Mama'. They are a hostile group who kidnap and sacrifice travelers to Mama. Why they do this is unknown, but it is rumored it is simply due to a worship.
Entrances and Exits
Entrances
- From time-to-time some of Mama's Juice will appear on another level in replacement of other liquids. If there are no liquids present on that level, Mama's Juice will stay on the ground for a period of 3 hours. When someone touches this liquid, they will be teleported into a random section of Level 6219. Due to the fact it is less potent than Mama's Juice present on Level 6219, the traveler will only experience a slight tingling sensation in their body.
Exits
- Although supposedly there are no exits from Level 6219 due to the fact it is a rare room to get into. There is seemingly an entrance into a space dubbed 'Mama's Room' where there is a mirror which will send you into a random level. However, this has not been confirmed.
