Description:

Level 670 is the 671st level of the Backrooms.

Level 670 resembles a typical abandoned office building. However, upon entering Level 670, a strong feeling of deja-vu washes over you. This is confirmed to be stronger than other levels of the backrooms, multiple explorers and settlers have reported to have this feeling upon entering. This feeling will subside after about 8 hours, and will not return again unless you have not re-entered the level after a period of exactly one year. This was confirmed by a former settler who moved to a different Level.

WiFi is present in this room, and has a strong connection.

Level 670 has a unique property that lets it express "Day" and "Night" Cycles. During the "Day" cycle, almost all of the lights will be on inside of the level, allowing for exploration into rooms, and to possibly find different break rooms which have a small possibility of containing Almond Water and Food. During its "Night" cycle however, all lights will shut off. Entities such as Insanities and Skin Stealers begin to roam more freely, and become more aggressive during this time as well. Some explorers who were out during this "Night" cycle reported seeing Clumps and Smilers, though this is unconfirmed. Staying in a settlement or with a friendly Faceling will prevent death. The time between "Day" and "Night" is approximately 12 hours.

The approximate area of this level is unknown. However, it is theorized to be small, as multiple windows and doors have been encountered. Non-Euclidean spaces may possibly be utilized, as going around in seemingly random directions may result in you ending up back in a settlement.

Attempting to exit level 670 via doors or windows is not recommended, and, instead of exiting into any other level, will put you into a dark void. You will later wake up in the edges of Level 159.

Multiple entities have been documented here, but they appear in relatively low numbers. Areas of the level are unsecure, as open spaces, dark rooms, dark hallways, and other small spaces appear. Entities are typically seen in these darker spaces.

Entities documented here include Facelings, Insanities, Skin Stealers, and, (unconfirmed) reports of Clumps and Smilers.

Entrances and Exits:

Entrances:

One known way to enter is to no-clip in from an open space in Level 159. This puts you in front of a set of doors inside Level 670.

Enter a pair of glass doors inside Level 669.

A Door leading to Level 670 is present in the Hub. A tunnel leads to the 2 glass doors that mark the entrance. Inside the tunnel, it resembles city roads, complete with stoplights. The route you take is similar to a city traffic commute.

Exits:

One way to exit Level 670 is exiting through a door or window, which leads to Level 159.

In endings of long hallways, there will occasionally be a different door than the 2 glass doors marking an "entrance" into Level 670. This door will take you to Level 671.

Colonies and Outposts

In May of 2020, a redditor established an outpost in open area, ultimately expanding to many different rooms including breakrooms. These rooms have been utilized into dormitories, cafeterias, and a research room with computers, among other things. With the help of Facelings, and later other settlers, the Colony is slowly expanding and looking for new break rooms in order to find food and resources. This Colony is called Officeville.

In January 2021, a group originating from Officeville dedicated to research of the level established multiple outposts in order to find new rooms, resources, and document entities. New rooms have been discovered, including empty, dark rooms where a Clump has been reported one time during night.
