Level 7219Ω is one of the most dangerous engimatic levels in the whole Backrooms. It looks very similar to Level 1, but has some key differences.

At some parts of the level, there is blood on the walls. DO NOT ENTER THESE PARTS. They are traps and are spawn points for the entities for this level. The blood is present because the entities killed humans in the goriest, slowest, and most brutal way possible. It's even worse than Level !.

Elevators

In this Level, there are elevators are scattered around the level in random places. The size of these are freight elevators, but they are traps and send you to way worse places in the Backrooms (see exits below). The elevators even have a chance of malfunctioning or stopping completely. The hallway in this level is an infinite line that goes on in all directions.

Entities

This level has all the Entities in the Backrooms, peaceful and hostile.

Objects

The almond water quality in this level is the worst in the whole Backrooms. In some places, all Almond Water has been replaced with Liquid Pain. The Liquid Pain in this level is unusually strong and instantly gets to Phase 7 of normal Liquid Pain. You are advised NOT to drink any Almond Water.

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

  • You can get here by noclipping out of any level, but the chance is SUPER low.
  • At Level 9223372036854775807, climb down 5000 steps to get to this level. The transition is smooth, as it gets darker and darker.
  • On Level 0, noclip through an exit sign.
  • In the Frontrooms, noclip out of reality, then noclip immediately after entering the Backrooms. Most of the time, it will take you to Level !, but very rarely this level.

Exits

  • Dying at this level will take you to another level. The level that got chosen depends on how long you stayed in this level until death. The longer you stayed in this level, the higher number the new level will get chosen. So it's advised to die ASAP to get to a safe level. Every day spent is 10 levels further after death.
  • If you somehow stay in this Level for over 15 years, you will transported to Level 0.1.
  • Take one of the elevators. You will be transported to Level Rush, Level 9223372036854775807, TH3 S1NCL41R3 L4Y3R, and Level !.
  • Dying during the "entity world" event will take you to level 7219 (see sublevels below).
  • Dying twice in the level will lead you to Level 6837383738937398837362626727282737838383839894895899

This event makes the Level's survival difficulty a Deadzone, not a Level 6. All entities will appear out of nowhere, and there is no way to survive.

This is the worst event. The survival difficulty goes up to a Contested (worse than Deadzone), and the event will not end until you die.

Sublevels

This engimatic level has sub-levels. That's a first. The first sublevel can be accessed by noclipping out of the Level. Other sub-levels are accessed by noclipping out of other sub-levels. Here are some:

This is the safest sub-level in this Level. This sub-level is a crimson forest (similar to Level 777) that contains no Entities.

It's day-night cycle is unusual, because every day, the day-night cycle changes. A wanderer went to this sub-level and he recorded the day-night cycles for the first week. Notice how the day length also changes (can be above 24 hours), and Day 2 is 48 hours long, not 24 hours long.

Day 1: Day: 6 hours, Night: 9 hours

Day 2: Day: 24 hours, Night: 24 hours

Day 3: Day: 0 hours, Night: 24 hours

Day 4: Day: 12 hours, Night: 12 hours (Normal day-night cycle)

This sub-level looks like Level Fun, but without Partygoers. Instead, other entities are in this Level. The only entity that's not in this level are Howlers.

This is the main level that is Level 7219. It is a sublevel of this Level. The main level looks like something straight out of a horror movie. It looks very similar to Level 389.

Ω:

Template:Class 6

Level Omega, another engimatic level, is also a sublevel of this level. It looks like Level 9223372036854775807. It's the most dangerous sublevel of this Level. The survival difficulty is same than the main engimatic level itself. It has all the entities in the backrooms, including level exclusive entities. If you die in this level, you will be transported to Level 0, and have to start your journey in the Backrooms all over again.

This is the worst sub-level in the whole Backrooms. It's even worse than TH3 SH4DY GR3Y. Also, the survival difficulty is the worst. This is the only sub-level with a DEADZONE survival difficulty. The sub-level can only be described as torture. The spawn is a old hospital bedroom that was abandoned years ago that is absolutely haunted. There are entities in the walls, under the bed (unsuprising), and even in pillows.

The room size is only 40 x 25m, which makes this one of the smallest sublevels in the Backrooms.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the room does not have electricity. All entities spawn in this "Level". There are no elevators, and no exits. This is one of those sub-levels that you can't die or escape.
