The level takes place in a disoriented office building consisted of various halls that always lead somewhere, whether another level or a room. On the walls it has a depiction of a usually random view of the Frontrooms- although this is not confirmed yet. If the view is depicting rain or storm, then either the walls will drip with Almond Water or the ceiling will leak it.
Discovery
This level was found by an unnamed Backrooms explorer who had accidentally tripped and fell into a bunch of boxes in Level 20 on January of 2020. He had taken a photo, which is presented here.
Entities
Entities have been said to roam the rooms of this level, but no specific entity names have been noted. Some traversers of this level have said that some of the entities that they encounter cannot enter other rooms or corridors other than stay in the one that they are already in, and "look confused when they can't teleport to me or chase me down a hallway", one anonymous adventurer had noted.

Entrances and Exits
Entrances
Accidentally tripping into a wall of boxes, a rack of bottled Almond Water, or a chair in Level 20.
Jumping from a building from Level 11 has a chance to bring you here, but this is not recommended for obvious reasons.
Exits
Walking through a corridor will sometimes bring you to a random level.
A door may appear with beside it saying "Emergency Exit". Entering will bring you to the top of a building in Level 11.
