DescriptionLevel 471 resembles hell — burning trees, black ash, hundred-foot-tall flames. Any massive wildfire that would normally happen in the forests of California or Australia pales in comparison to this level's intense conflagration. Screaming, pleas for help, and prayers to a higher being can be heard as the landscape burns to the ground, but the source of these voices cannot be identified. The sky is a bright yellow-orange, with the ground being a dark red. It is excruciatingly hot; temperatures exceed 50°C and anyone in this level will likely be roasted alive. The winds carry massive plumes of smoke, poisoning and disorienting anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in the path of the gusts. How does it feel? Travelers entering this level start sweating within seconds and pass out minutes later because of the intense heat. First-degree burns and other serious skin injuries can easily result from coming into contact with the flames, which seemingly burn forever and extend forever. Nothing on fire actually disintegrates, but anything wanderers touch immediately turns into ash, collapsing to the ground. Exploration of this level is not recommended, and if necessary, protective gear and isolation is required to combat the dangerous heat levels of Level 471. Smoke inhalation and high temperatures can easily induce sudden health emergencies that result in death if not treated, and if the wanderer survives, the lungs frequently become permanently blackened, diseased, and inefficient. The constant voices in this level may drive wanderers insane; even if physical health stays in shape somehow, mental health deteriorates rapidly. Travelers are broken as the voices ask for help, use you as a scapegoat, and insult you. Deaf people too are affected by these voices, despite being unable to hear them. It's a mixed bag of emotions, drives, and inhibitions; most survivors, with irreversible damage done to their brain, are admitted into a psychiatric ward shortly after escaping. Occasionally, the temperature may spike up immensely at random intervals as the fires burn more brightly. When this happens, the level is nearly impossible to survive — heatstroke and syncope occur within seconds. The deceased's bodies join the plethora of ashes on the ground soon thereafter, the organic matter recycled to start a new flourishing forest landscape when the fire dies down… if it ever does. Luckily, there is a silver lining to the dangerous fiery landscape. It has a d-
