Description

Level 892 is the 893rd level of the Backrooms. This level resembles dark and abandoned rooms, that are surprisingly in good condition. Unfortunately, there has been no known photos of Level 892 ever taken. This level doesn't have many entities inhabiting it, or indeed wanderers! Many believe this is the reason there is no photos of this level. This level has a constant growling noise in the background, and it never seems to stop. Many wanderers who have tried to investigate this strange noise have never been found. It is recommended to ignore this sound and don't go looking for what may be causing it. Some think it may be some sort of invisible entity that you cannot see with the naked eye, but this has not been confirmed.

While this level is considered safe, it does have a danger lurking within it, the furniture. Yes, the furniture in this level is incredibly dangerous. They are said to be made out of a poisonous fabric of some sort. Touching the furniture or even being in close proximity with it could cause major nausea, vomiting, headaches, cramps and eventually death. It is highly recommended to stay atleast 5 metres away from the furniture at all times. Sometimes, the furniture will not harm you. That is because it's actually unwanted furniture that Wanderers from other levels have gotten rid of.

This level is indeed unique, as it has no windows, no lights and barely any food. Food can be found, but it is extremely rare. There is a 0.03% chance of finding food, which can be quite dangerous as well. To survive in this level for a certain amount of time, you should bring food, and lots of it too. Almond Water is common to find here, much more common than food. Every single room in this level will have Almond Water, but of course you've got to find it. On rare occasions, metal boxes will appear mostly near fireplaces that contain crucial supplies that a Wanderer in the Backrooms will definetely be in need of.

It is said that this level can possibly get you an exit for the Backrooms altogether, but that is not yet confirmed. Navigation in this level can be challenging due to the level having no sources of light or even a brightly lit window. Especially if you're trying to find an exit. Only 2 people have ever gotten out of this level, that is how hard it is to escape. Believe it or not, it's actually quite hard to enter Level 892 as well as exiting. There is only 1 known way of getting into Level 892. That is by no-clipping through a wall in Level 0.

Colonies and Outposts

There has been 3 documented colonies in Level 892. It won't be easy to find these colonies due to the darkness and large layout of this level.

Ultra-202

- Consisting of 30-35 members.

- 5 guards stationed near the base to protect against entities.

- Friendly, but not willing to trade.

- A group of scientists that want to document the Backrooms.

- Has a special no-clipping device that no other colony possesses.

Base Fortfird

- Consisting of around 12 members.

- Hostile, and will terminate anyone willing to communicate or trade with them.

- Possesses many supplies such as weapons and Almond Water.

- Founded by a guy called 'Harry'.

Spec-87

- Friendly and willing to trade.

- Consists of 75 members.

- Has a medical department for wounded Wanderers.

- Previously had 80 members, but due to the BackEnt massacre, 5 soldiers died protecting the base.

- Will offer to let you stay in their base for up to 2 weeks.

Entities

As said earlier, entities are rare in this level. But they do exist in the deeper parts of Level 892. The only known entities that dwell in this level are Adult Facelings and Skin-stealers. It is advised not to venture too deep in this level, as things may get dangerous.

Entrances and Exits

Entrances

- Level 0 has a possible chance of bringing you here. First, you must walk North for approximately 3 minutes until you meet a dead end. Then, stare at that wall for 5 minutes and no-clip. This is the most common and only known way of getting here.

Exits

- Get Almond Water, go to a specifically stained sofa in one of the many rooms in this level, pour the Almond Water on that couch and no-clip. You will not be harmed in any way. There's a 23% chance of getting to Level ! this way though.

- Find a room with a creaky floorboard and sit on that floorboard. Close your eyes and don't open them. Once your eyes are closed, a series of weird and unsettling noises will start. Keep your eyes closed until the noises have stopped, and when you open your eyes, you will be in The Hub.
