Description
Level 9.2 is a sublevel of Level 9. It consists of a neighborhood filled to the brim with fog, unknown what time of day/night it is. As you get teleported to this level, you'll meet face to face with a Mollifier (more info about them later). Easy to avoid, just run away. Although, more Mollifiers surround the place. The houses here are around the same type of houses you see in Level 9, but more well-kept, for example; gates/fences. Most houses are locked or unbreakable, meaning that you cant get in nor break in. If you do manage to get inside one of the houses, it's your lucky day. Inside is a TV that changes channels often (Every 5 minutes). These channels are not really channels, but more as levels. The image of a random level will be on the screen, and going inside the TV with the image will teleport you to that Level. Be sure to not accidentally teleport to a dangerous level, though. Most of the insides of the house have rotten walls, broken furniture, etc. Trees cover the road, and touching any of the trees will result in your arm aching. It's unknown what material this tree is made of, and we might never know. Luckily, the ache is just about the same as an arm cramp. Repeatedly trying to touch a tree or unlock a house will result in you becoming a Mollifier. Also getting bitten by a Mollifier will turn you into one of them. (Like a zombie..)

Mollifiers are Insanities that stopped being insane, except that they cant go back to their original form because it is too late; and now are deformed monstrosities wandering around the level. Mollifiers are obese "humans" with loose and raggedy skin, and melting faces. Their behavior is similar to that of a zombie, biting anything and everything that moves (Minus themselves). They can be found all over the level itself, and there is no cure.
