Level 936 is the 937th level of the Backrooms.

Description

The subway station of Level 936. The traveler who took the photo may have died from the Smiler.

Level 936 is a long subway station that is around 10 million square miles wide. There are also lots of rooms in this level that lead to storage rooms or long hallways. There are a few trains that can be found on the tracks, but do not appear to work correctly. Trying to drive the trains will result in large creaking noises, and travelers report hearing strange noises after attempting to ride them.

The storage rooms in Level 936 are also big, and resemble storage rooms from stores in The Frontrooms. There are lots of crates around the storage room, but it is advised to not try opening them. There have been reports of people going missing after opening these crates, and it is best to not look through them. Sometimes, the lights will go out, and that's when entity infestation begins in the storage room. Once the lights turn off, try finding your way back to the main area of the level as soon as you can.

The hallways in Level 936 resemble wide hallways, and contain lights on the ceilings and floors of the hallways. There are some doors that you can find, and they can usually lead to newer levels. However, this part of the level is extremely dangerous, and entities appear here very often. Some floors in the hallway will appear rusty, and will collapse if someone tries walking on them. If you fall through the rusty floor, you will end up on Level 666.

This level, based on the name, is also very cursed. Strange noises like screams and whispers can be heard throughout the entire level. Sometimes these sounds can cause earaches and people to lose their sanity. Not only that, items such as the trains and crates can start suddenly moving around, and in unfortunate situations they can kill you.

Around the main area of the level, you can find bait vending machines throughout. These vending machines contain almond water, but should not be used, as the almond water in the vending machines will give you a heart attack. Some vending machines will seem completely empty, and noclipping through them could lead to Level 937.

Entities

Entities infest this level in almost every part of it, and also have different behaviors from their counterparts.

Smilers

Smilers are much more hostile in this level, as once they spot a traveler in this level, they will begin chasing them at a rapid pace. They are tend to be found inside the trains and in the hallways.

Death Moths

Death Moths are the only entities in this level that do not change from their original counterpart. They inhabit near the lights of the level, such as the storage room and hallways.

Skin-Stealers

Skin-Stealers in this level appear to always be aggravated, and once spotted by them they will begin outrunning you. They inhabit everywhere around the level, so if you find them, your only chance of survival is using energy bars.

Emergency Alert Systems

The EAS entity can be found on the subway televisions throughout the level. They appear to be much more tall, and will chase travelers for around 10 minutes until giving up. If you find this entity, try fitting through a small space so they are unable to catch you.

Colonies and Outposts
