Description
Level 965 is highly dangerous and to be avoided unless you must enter, Level 965 appears to be a giant city with buildings made of gray or red brick walls that was built by the entities living on this level with a main building that has 13 floors with gray solid bricks as the walls of the outside and the inside. The interior of the building can be entered through a set of doors located on the east side of the structure, a large sign with the text "Welcome Wanderers!" printed on its front side is located just above the front doors., with each floor having several types of carpets that are out of place, when stepping on it will give the wanderer will experience a multitude of varying emotions that are dependent on the coloration of the carpet, the cause of this is unknown.
Scattered around the main building are several images that have different appearances based on the individual viewing them, with a reoccurring theme of the images looking like a location from the person's past mostly significant places from their childhood. The main building is also where most of the entities in this level can be found, though the exact cause for why they inhabit this specific structure is still unknown. It has recently been discovered that this building is essential for Level 965 to maintain a healthy state, the more pristine the building is the more stable the level is and vice versa. Keeping the building cleanly is necessary to uphold the level's environment and rotational M.E.G. squads have the task of ensuring the quality of the building.
The other floors are unknown and undocumented, M.E.G is trying to document and get to these floors to see any new entities or anymore possible exits. There are a lot of dark places being in the buildings in the city, make sure you have a light source with you.
Some of the city is blocked off by yellow construction tape and when enter will teleport you back to the current you were at before walking in. Some buildings will mostly have Almond Water and food. There are grocery stores that has Facelings everywhere in the stores with hardly food or water. Mostly all the buildings are locked in this level making them undocumented.

The Dark Path and The Abyss
When you walk out of the Main Center you will enter the Dark Path which is like the Main Center but with key differences like it being black and white, a lot more entities and a black orb in the sky. There is a shadow figure looking like the wanderer that it's following, there is no more information of this entity expect that it drains your sanity at a constant rate. When you walk out of the Dark Path you enter the Abyss where it's just a pitch black void with many metal doors leading somewhere in the Main Center or a destroy house in the Dark Path with no entities expect there are voices in your head making some wanderers killing themselves not wanting to listen to the voices anymore.

Void's Bar
Void's Bar can be found right next to the main building which serves as a exit place for wander, but these portals are only open for short amount of time, these portal can take wanderers to the first 13 levels of the backrooms. Wanderers rumor that there a 14 portal that goes to Level 33. Here at Void's you can spent some time here without having to worry about entities.
The Arcades
These arcades are spread around the city and when you enter these arcades you might have a chance of going to Level 3999, these arcades have arcade machines that have what appears to be different levels of the backrooms with different entities but in some machines you can see Memeqo hiding somewhere and he will put you into the screen sending you to what level you were playing on the screen.
Special Properties
There are restaurants, one being named Void’s which is like a hub but with portals only for The first 13 levels. The rest of the city is like a normal city but houses and be found in the air, doors being windows and random cars or objects teleporting anywhere in the city. With a day and night cycle with daytime having 7 hours and night having 17 hours

•You can enter this level by wandering long enough in Level 11
•When you see a pixel Memeqo on a screen on a different level
Exits
•You can exit this level by finding a white piece of carpet that will send you to Level 966
•By killing one of the members of Blaquecko that will send you to level 912 or Level 997
•Getting put into the screens in the arcades
•Void's bar where you can use a portal to exit the level
