Description
First known picture of Level Frown (Frowner in the hallway)
Level Frown is a three-story 1930s mansion that is painted black white and gray and has a dark atmosphere. When looking out the window appears to be a very bright void, when jumped into this will send you to level 999. The Mansion has a main meeting room, and hallways that have paintings that show historical events, each with doors lined on either side that lead to fancy hotel style rooms, a huge dining area, and a very huge empty room used for the I.F.G. There are two hallways, each with signs above the frame in an unknown language. Based on a researcher from M.E.G who had to slay a Smiler who ambushed him, who took refuge there for a while, predicted that one says "Wanderers" and the other says "Frowners", since they were only allowed to go through one hallway, and at the end of the "day", they would go through the other.
A room consists of a bed, a bedside drawer, a table, a chair, and a computer to help restore sanity.
This level has super fast wifi.
Entities
Frowners are the only entity that is found here. They are passive unless provoked, and acts like a normal human and look like a Smiler other than the fact that they are frowning all the time.

Entrances
- to enter no-clip into a wall that has a frowny face painted on but is but this happens rarely.
- Somehow killing a Smiler will teleport you to the meeting room of the Frowners. They will frown approvingly at you, and giving you a choice to stay for a whole or to noclip you to Level 11 OR the Metro. This is extremely hard to do because, well, killing a Smiler is hard.
- Ask Matthew to bring you here in The Middle.
Exits
- Jump out one of the window will teleport you to Level 999.
- Turning around and trying to run away form King and Queen Frowner will bring you to Level !, as this will make them mad.
- Asking to leave will teleport you to Level 11 or The Metro. According to the researcher, he had a choice.
- Jump into a painting that has Olympic to get to Level 1911.
- Jump into a painting that has Titanic to get to Level 1912.
- Jump into a painting that has Britannic to get to Level 1915.
