Level Infestation is believed to be the original place where the entities in the Backrooms came from. The reason why the Survival Difficulty is Pending is because there are not only violent, but also friendly entities. A good example of a friendly entity might be an adult faceling, however there have been lots of reports of wanderers encountering much stronger friendly entities.

Description
Level Infestation is an infinite modern house with blacked out windows. This level is split up into 3 sections. The third section is completely devoid of dangerous entities, since there are only Class 0 and Class 1 entities there. It is also the only section that isn't indoors. It looks like a stretched out texture of grass, spread out over the ground. It is also called "The Final Stretch", since the exit to this level can be found in this third section (Read Exits). The third section stretches out for 1000 miles and after that there's an infinite block of concrete that is 100 meters tall. Wanderers that climbed this concrete block experienced an extreme feeling of dread after 10 minutes of walking around and reported seeing various entities running at them in the distance. They all took their own lives except for one who told the M.E.G (Major Explorer Group) team located in this level that they took their lives, because a native entity called "The Anticheat '' turned them completely insane. The M.E.G (Major Explorer Group) Team still does not understand the way how "The Anticheat '' manipulates its victims. Further information is unknown. The second section of this level contains Class 2 Entities (56%), Class 3 Entities (31%) and Class 4 Entities (13%). This is very dangerous for inexperienced wanderers that accidentally noclipped here. The lights here sometimes turn off, but when that happens, the entities will fall asleep. When the lights turn on again, the entities will wake up and will be a lot faster, since they now are energized. The second section of this level is also 90 square miles. The first section contains all the entities that have a class higher than Class 4. The first section is also the section you'll spawn at. You have a chance of spawning anywhere in the first section, which means you can spawn at the border of section 1 and section 2. The windows in section 1 and 2 are blacked out and in the outside section it appears to always be nighttime. There are no pictures of the first stage, since wanderers need to be running and hiding all the time. The first section is 10 square miles. Supplies can be found everywhere throughout the level.
Informational Log
The following log takes place when a M.E.G explorer from Level 4 suddenly noclipped into this level while talking to his friend Luke via a radio.
Log 1:
M.E.G Explorer: How much Almond Water do I need to harvest again?
Luke: I think we need about 12 bottles while we're at it.
M.E.G Explorer: I think I can even do thirtee- (Radio signal cuts of)
Luke: Hello? Are you still there? (Luke gets no response for about 4 minutes)
(The M.E.G Explorer responds again)
M.E.G Explorer: Holy sh*t! I think I may have found a new level!
Luke: Can you describe it? And stay on high alert...
M.E.G Explorer: Wait a second, I can hear footsteps. I don't know if it's from another wanderer yet.
Luke: Are you armed?
M.E.G Explorer: Yeah, I currently have 10 bullets and I have a gun.
M.E.G Explorer: Hold up... What is that? That doesn't look like a wanderer.
Luke: Run away! NOW!
(The M.E.G Explorer proceeds to run for a couple of hours before he took a break. This repeats for days, with the almond water breaks becoming more frequent, before reaching the third section.)
M.E.G Explorer: I think I finally found the exit!
Luke: How does it look?
M.E.G Explorer: Like a stretched out field of grass. There are no entities here.
Luke: How did you enter this level anyway? Maybe I could send a couple of prepared men to this level, and maybe eventually colonize it.
M.E.G Explorer: I think I stepped on an out of place flooring, before noclipping here. I am not sure though.
(Log end.)
Entities
All existing Backrooms entities (even unidentified onces) reside in this level.
Colonies and Outposts
- It is believed that "The Followers of Jerry" have set up an Outpost here.
- There are 23 M.E.G bases in the third section.
- There are 2 M.E.G bases in the second section. The reason why is, because they want to collect furniture for the other bases, and Almond Water is common in the second section.
- There is 1 M.E.G base in the first section. The reason why is, because they want to help wanderers that are getting attacked by the entities there.
- A Colony called "The Red Rags" is located in the second section of the level, however they are hostile towards everybody who doesn't give them supplies.
- There is an Outpost called "The Worshippers of The Anticheat" located on the concrete block in the third stage. Some people have reported dead people falling from their base. It is advised to stay away from them.
- A Colony called "The Gamerclub" set built an entire building filled with gaming PC's and Arcade Games. To enter this Colony, you have to just simply beat their leader in a 1v1 in any PVP game you would like. The building can be accessed by people who aren't even in their Colony.
