Description
Image of Level Metro/M3
Level "Metro", (also titled as "Level M3") is a moderately-sized metro station consisting of marble walls and floors, including yellow lights to help illuminate the area. In the main area of Level Metro: A track can be seen; in which a train can be viewed coming at either insanely fast speeds (exceeding the speed of light) or at slow speeds. Only travelling one direction. The train is known to come at odd intervals.
Attempting to walk onto the tracks will trigger an alarm, with an audio file playing within the background. The audio commands the person to get off of the tracks immediately to avoid the oncoming train. If the person is able to board the train: They'll be able to travel to any random floor within the backrooms, ranging from Level -1 to Level 9223372036854775807.
If being able to avoid the oncoming train and walking down the tunnel where the train goes down (Left), you're more than likely to end up within Level 188; located within a dark bedroom, on a bed. If you go the opposite way (right): You'll end up within Level 20, in a small storage closet.
The Level is usually described as having a "rotten cheese" smell to it, in almost every room that it provides. Mould is also common to come across, usually within the corner of rooms or the ceiling of roofs. The rooms are often dilapidated or run-down. The rotten cheese smell is known to cause hallucinations and deliriousness; making victims progressively become unhinged or desensitised.
Hallucinations often include black, tar-like figures; standing approximately 6ft. (1.8m) high. Simply titled "Tar Figures".
Black pen markings are also a noticeable detail within Level Metro. Albeit, all of them written in an alienated language that's virtually impossible to decipher.
Entities
Tar Figures:
An unknown, tall humanoid being. Being entirely made of a "tar-like" substance that oozes and drips down from their body. The Tar Figures often weigh ~175kg and bearing a height of 6ft. Not much is known about them. They're seen standing in front of the hallucinator.
Ceiling Dwellers:
Similar to Tar Figures; these entities are depicted as having elongated limbs (which includes arms, legs and fingers). Ceiling Dwellers are taller than the Tar Figures, being 7.1ft long. The Ceiling Dwellers are known to hide within the cracks of the ceilings; which alludes to the fact that they can shape-shift at will. The Ceiling Dwellers are also known to crawl on the ceilings, following any victim around and attempting to catch them.
If caught by a Ceiling Dweller: The victim is going to be smothered in tar, making them motionless due to how viscous the liquid is. Once fully drenched with tar: The liquid will start to harden and press against the victim's chest, making it hard to breathe. With enough pressure, it'll cause the victim's ribs to crack and break; allowing the Heart and Lungs to be exposed. The tar will keep hardening and will crush any vital organ or non-vital organ. Including bones. The pain is known to be agonizing.
Avoiding Ceiling Dwellers
In order to survive an attack from a Ceiling Dweller: Run or walk in a zig-zag motion. The Ceiling Dwellers often slow down if they're presented with complex movements; allowing potential victims to flee and hide away. Ceiling Dwellers are relatively faster than a human-being, however.
