Level Under

Survival difficulty: Class 5

Unsafe

An entrance to Level Under, found within a mountain in the real world.

Unsecure

Entity Infestation

Description:

Level Under is a level that appears to be the inside of an old mine.

Entering Level Under usually gives off the appearance of walking into a seemingly random cave. This cave can vary from appearances, and only appears in areas away from civilization. Walking into this cave will seem normal, until turning around after walking in about 3 -5 meters. Turning around will noclip you. However, instead of going straight to Level 0, you will end up in Level Under.

(This can be avoided by looking at the entrance without turning around, though doing this stunt will require extremely cautious precision, as not to trip or turn.)

Appearances and features:

Level Under typically looks like a regular old mine, however there are rooms, layers, and a variety of different styles that the mine can change into. These changes are called "movements" and they happen periodically within a given range away from the entrance to the level. The rooms seemingly can appear and disappear at random, even opening up and closing right in view. The stone within all parts of the level are unable to be dug out from the surrounding Terrain, so what lies beyond its mysterious walls or behind the scenes currently remains a mystery.

Some rooms consist of walls made out of different types of stone, or even full on mountain stone or gravel. Other rooms may consist of an undocumented green, roughly textured stone, or molten iron. This makes Level Under more dangerous. However, most of the stone found in this level prove to be extremely valuable and thus, expensive. This makes exploration of the level a priority to lots of treasure hunters. However, this has only raised the death rates since.

Layer 1

Layer 1 of Level Under appears to resemble the relatively normal looking appearance of that of a limestone and cave stone mine. This layer has almost no valuables and the only true resources found within this layer are oil, graphite, and a mysterious chemical. This layer is the least infested part of the level, though it has enough entities to be classified up to a class 3. Although the setting is in a cave where no man has explored, there is slight ambience of that of a small fluorescent hum-buzz, almost perfectly matching the sound present in Level 0. This may mean that the cave is present around or possibly underneath Level 0. However, there is no evidence to prove that point. This layer has fine amounts of reqular liquid water, though it can turn into ice due to the sheer cold temperature present in the layer. The layer ends at around the 2000 mile mark.

Layer 2

Layer 2 of Level Under appears to be a darker, much more inhabited part of the level. The walls are now made up of a mysterious brownish stone, which has been studied to have small fragments of wood implanted inside, possibly giving its color. The layer is much warmer than layer 1, and water here can start in large quatities. The layer can be seen with little waterfalls streaming around through the rocks, and there are quarries which are constantly found throughout. Though the layer shows no sign of ores, these quarries have all the resources to themselves. There has been observed to be quartz, crystal, saphire, iron, tin, tungsten, and even some solid reports of gold. As you further into layer 2, the heat begins to rise to a high temperature of around 89°c, and lava becomes visible. Over time as you stay in layer 2, after around the 3 day mark, layer 2 will begin to cave in. This will force you to seek the exit to Layer 3, which will appear around the 6,750 mile mark.

Layer 3

Layer 3 of Level Under appears to be a dark cave, illuminated by no lights. This cave is one of the most inhabited layers of the level, right behind layer 4. Currently, not much is known about this layer. However, it is known that both lava and water do not appear in this layer. Diamond, ruby, saphire, and white quartz. Layer 4 appears around 56,980 miles in.

Layer 4

Layer 4 of Level Under is the final layer of the level. It appears as a cave with walls of gold. This is the most infested part of the level. Due to its great view and the amounts of gold present in the layer, this is the most favored part of the level for treasure hunters. This layer's value has been calculated, and is equivalent to about 8 billion dollars worth of gold. All of the ores are molten gold, and there are rooms which contain each type of layer before layer 4.
