Memory Juice in it's Liquid State.

Memory Juice is a valuable liquid substance that can be found on various levels of the Leftrooms.

Description

The substance appears to be a lavender colored juice that's contained in glass bottles with a brain symbol on them. These bottles are rare and relatively hard to find, and drinking the liquid can have hazardous side effects, as drinking too much of the substance can be fatal, in a manner similar to alcohol intoxication. Side effects can include:

  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Confusion
  • Slurred speech
  • Unconsciousness and unresponsiveness
  • Seizures
  • Slow breathing

Despite the deadly risks of drinking too much, Memory Juice is a highly sought after within the Backrooms, as consuming the liquid will put you into a state of apprehension where you won't "feel the world around you". Time will completely stop, and you will remember some of the most important events you've experienced during your lifetime. Once these memories have been remembered, they become ingrained into your mind and cannot be forgotten by any means, and can easily be remembered in detail.

Solidified memory juice

Discovery

This substance was first discovered by an explorer who wanted to commit suicide in a gruesome and painful way after experiencing some terrifying events and not wanting to live anymore. Upon finding this liquid, the explorer noted that it had a very strong chemical smell, like that of rubbing alcohol. Realizing this, the explorer attempted to consume the juice to kill themselves, but instead regained their memories of The Frontrooms and decided to document this juice and spread word about it to other explorers.

In researching this substance, the explorer discovered that if applied to a human who has just been turned into a Partygoer, the process could be reverted. It has also been hypothesized that this substance could be used as a cure for those suffering from dementia and memory loss due to Wormling bites.

It was also discovered that drinking more than 1L of memory juice within 24 hours enough to kill any human being.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: this is quite literally the first thing I've written, hope you enjoy.
