Description
Nūllus, also known as The Leftovers, is the Embodiment and Incarnation of all Scrapped Creations, or Creations that have been hated, miscredited, or discarded by their Creators/Owners. He is a passive being, always staying out of creation, with the other Scrapped Ideas. He is wise and all-knowing.
History
Whenever a Creation is made, if it has been created in your head as a thought passing by, or written down, it can exist somewhere in the Fictional Plane. But whenever that Creation is discarded, forgotten, or hated, they will dissapear into a Substance that oozes through the Fictional Plane. Eventually, all of this matter/substance of the forgotten fell and gathered in/into a pit known as The Abyss. It gathered for billions of years down there, until it formed a Being known as Nūllus. He felt unbearably lonely, and created a Land for Scrapped Creations known as Tumultuo, the Land of the Forgotten. From then on every discarded Creation would end up here until somebody would either re-use them or remember them. They were also all attached to Nūllus, and he copied all their Powers. He would only very rarely come to Fiction, and if it were an emergency.
Behaviors
Nūllus is very calm and kind. He loves all of his fellow Scraps, and "dislikes" the Creators who so heartlessly throw away the futures of these helpless beings.

He is as friendly as need be.
Biology
He can look like any Scrapped Being or Creation that he wishes to be. His True Form is a white glowing sphere of discarded Ideas and Concepts. But his prefered Form is that of a hooded figure, who seems to have a blue orb as a sphere and a black hood. He looks very similar to the Grim Reaper or the Boat Driver of the Dead. He also is in possession of a large staff with three shards of Fiction's Crown.
Discovery
A M.E.G Team had found a Puddle that lead into The Void, but when looking into it they felt as if they were being watched. Suddently, Nullus rose out of the Puddle and the Group ran away. As soon as they had come back to their Base, the File for Nullus was already filled. The Team just went with it, as they didn't have any other documents.
Abilities
Scrapped Omnipotence
As the Embodiment of all forbidden, discarded, hated, forgotten, and scrapped concepts and ideas he has all powers that have ever been created or even thought about. He also has all Powers of all discarded beings.
Imagine it like this: Zenath, the King of the Beyonderverse, has been discarded/removed from this Wiki. Now he is Tumultuo, and is wandering there endlessly. All of his Powers have been copied by Nūllus, who has now the power to rule over the UnderVerse. Or do you know Ultimate Fear!Sans? Somewhere, somebody may have thought "What if a OMEGA Fear!Sans or a Ultimate Fell!Fear!Sans would be created? It could have this, that, and those Powers!". Then, he would be created but immediatly discarded by the Person who created him, as he just thought that idea would be stupid. Then he would be in Tumultuo, and the same thing would happen to him as with Zenath.
This means he has unlimited potential, as he could wipe out Creation itself without any effort.
Scrapped Concept Embodiment
He is the embodiment/representation of all forbidden, discarded, hated, forgotten, and scrappedconcepts and ideas. He embodies them at an Absolute Level.
Forceful-Scrappting
He can choose a being that will be completely forgotten by the rest of Fiction, but he can only do it once every month.
Staff of Forgetting
He has a Staff which gives him supreme power over any Creator from the "Real World".
Nagana/The Gateway
Nagana is the Judgement Hall before entering Tumultuo. Here they will see all of the actions they have ever commited, and repent for their sins. After repenting, they will then be lead to Tumultuo.
Tumultuo/The Forgotten Fiction
Tumultuo, also known as The Forgotten Fiction, is a Fiction underneath GodFiction. It is a forgotten place, and hardly any non-forgotten or non-disgarded beings know of it. It acts as a sort of haven or afterlife for forgotten creations, and they will stay there until somebody reuses or remembers them.
