Description
Level No Promises appears to be the exact opposite of The Promised Land. The colour scheme of this level differs a lot to one in the Promised Land, everything here is dark, no life is possible here. Just like in the Promised Land, there are different areas, all of them are dangerous to visit. If you infiltrate it, you will be transferred into a building with 300 floors, and 1000 compartments of a limited 30m² each. There are no lights and flashlights do not work. It is impossible to tell if it is daytime or night time since the outside of the main building is always a grey sky. The ground there is made out of clouds that have decayed trees growing out of them.
This level is very dangerous due to the thick darkness that is present on the level, it makes your sanity drain very quickly and you cannot stay here for more then 10 minutes otherwise you will most likely suffer inevitable insanity. It also slowly tears down your body and overtime you will end up bruised and very fatigued. Drinking Almond Water does push your demise further back and slows the effects of the darkness down, you better come prepared.

Rooms
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are usually a small room with about 6 beds, all the beds look very unpresentable and unmade, as if someone was leaving in a hurry. There are cabinets next to beds that appear to be severely vandalized.
Living Room
The Living Room is an enormous of compartment types (at least 100m²). Living rooms have stained sofas, that have noticeable cracks, There is sometimes a fireplace that has a black fire burning in it.
Kitchens
Kitchens are completely mangled, with what little supplies they might have left all over the floor, bottled liquid pain is everywhere here.
Dining Room
Dining rooms are located next to kitchens, bodies of dead Partygoers are sat around the tables.
Bathroom
Frequently found next to the Bedrooms. There is nothing but bathtubs full of unknown red slimy liquid there.
Infirmary
The Infirmary is a room with a bunch of hospital beds with rotting corpses sitting on it, First Aid Kit, Liquid Pain is in place of the medicines.
Lounge
This room is no different to the other rooms. There are bookshelves with actual books in them, some pages are usually ripped out or drawn over, this makes it hard to study the content of the books. There are also computer desks with actual computers, unfortunately, all computers are password protected and are running on an unknown OS.
The Shop
Another place that looks like a complete wreck, the food here is long expired and is probably rotten.
The Arcade
The door that would usually open to the arcade is locked. There is no way to enter and kicking the door down has resulted in nothing less then a waste of time.

Anomalous properties of the level do not allow for any outposts to be established.

Entrances
- Be deceived by a Centric Spy into going here.
- Commit murder in The Promised Land for a chance to be taken here.
Exits
- Staying in this level for 3 days will allow for the darkness to engulf you, you will be taken to The Void.
- If you've never committed a sin, you are able to exit into The Frontrooms just like in The Promised Land.
- Get a Centric Spy to get you out of here. (Rarely works, they are very aggressive on this level)
