Description[]
Object 19, also known as Portable Purifiers, are compact metal cylinders of varying length and width, hollowed out and fitted with several filters layered on top of each other. Closer examination of the filters have shown that they are all made of the same type of cotton fabric; however, they have a unique property that allows them to trap almost 100% of all impurities in any liquid.
While the fabric filters seem to be impervious to damage, the outer metal cylinder has been noted to receive damage from numerous tests, such as denting, rusting and corroding, though it is still very resistant to damage. Although no glue or weld marks can be found, the fabric appears to be permanently stuck to the metal through unknown means.
Portable Purifiers can be found in drawers, cabinets, boxes and crates in any indoor level such as Level 1 and any levels with buildings such as Level 105. It should be noted that finding instances of Object 19 is quite rare and are quite expensive oftentimes when buying them due to this and their usefulness.
Usage[]
Object 19 can be used to filter out impurities from any liquid, though they have been found to have certain effects on some liquids, which will be shown below. Additionally, they have proven to filter out entities such as the Hydrolitis Plague out of liquids, making them safe to drink.
Object 19 purifies Cashew Water so effectively it turns into Almond Water.
Object 19 turns Liquid Pain even more corrosive and, in some cases, may spontaneously combust without warning during the filtration process.
Object 19 explodes.
Object 19 turns the blood into an O+ blood type.
Final Notes[]
It should be noted that the longer a Portable Purifier is, the more effective it is, though it will also be harder to carry around for conventional usage. Object 19 will also emit a high-frequency vibration when in the presence of Level Keys, though the reason is unknown.
