On 06/29/87, the residence of the subject was placed under surveillance by FBI informants under my orders. The subject was observed leaving his home and was pursued by FBI agents. Agents stopped him at the intersections of Huber Street and Back Avenue, introducing themselves to FAULKNER and requesting information on the project being conducted in the vicinity of his home.
