"A cosmic cataclysm-the scornful plague that rots and shatters realities in its wake-an apocalypse to all worlds. No warriors nor greater beings cannot stop their incomprehensible numbers, their unrelenting resentment against all that is life and even death, only infection and torment awaits all of us. Until they came."

"The golden beings-masters of guns and blades, unparalleled and unrivaled, they who bend and rend of all worlds-they are our answer; nameless gilded warriors from enigmatic kingdom against the endless tides of abominations."

- The tablet artifact

Paragons

Entity Hazard: Class 7
》Entity Number: N/A
》Habitat: The Hallowed Gate, Many

Description

A photograph was taken when a wanderer happen to come across a Paragon as it killed the entities in its way.

"We exists-came before from the long lost memories and the forgotten songs of our Predecessors-our kind, they who seal this evil, sacrificing their lives to study, learn from its weakest to strike its very heart... its roots to end this threat... until the Betrayer came and its lowly worm."

Paragons are an elusive group of humanoid entities, they rarely can be seen wandering throughout Hallowed Gate[1] and outside of their native level. They wore white and/or black apparel with some golden metallic pieces in a futuristic yet lavish aesthetic[2] and some ornamental armor pieces, despite that, they are anomalously durable, some of their apparel has some “starlight” emanating from some of its parts of their bodies. Each of the Paragons is issued with gilded weapons such as firearms and close-ranged weapons but they possess extremely dangerous and unique reality-warping properties, and they also possess anomalous superhuman attributes making it impossible to deal with them.

"The catalyst of they and our downfall... and the chaos and tragedies to all... Our burden we still carry."

Due to the rare sightings of these entities, they are believed to be few in numbers and can be seen wandering either the level or outside of their native level, much like the Void Cells and the Constructs they are also participating in the defense of Hallowed Gate however when outside, their objectives are vague. Interestingly, they are not reacting to the Blackout Event cycles even when all of the automated entities are inert and disappear implying they are entirely different entities from their lesser counterparts.

"What do they desire power? Recognition or dominance? These are the mere goals of the ambitious and the envious that will endanger everyone by their folly, such as they-who came to seek and intrude our Gate. The Betrayer seeks for their blood and the lowly worm seeks one of our Crowns-the long lost prototype, for himself... such fools as they are, they are never known this until they release and witnessed the evil itself-the Festering-the hard work that they put their hearts to contain this detestable plague is all but ruined."

"And so, they fled... hid away elsewhere out of fear and regrets... releasing the death of all realms once more and twice the ferocity."

It is unknown what they are truly capable of, and the true extent of their anomalous properties, there is an incident where one of these entities can manipulate and almost destroy an entire level of where they are currently with ease, however, it is visible that they seem to aware of their surroundings that it will destroy the level's cohesion as they seem to hold back for this very reason.

"As the Festering released, led the massacre and the death of our Predecessors."

Behaviors

"From dead epochs to eons, our Gate remains empty and quiet... as the Festering ravages and tears all worlds one and after another, their scorn and hatred to all knows no bound... spreading every world one after the another"

As a whole, the Paragons tend to show to be cold, distant, and unpredictable from anyone and can be intimidating due to their imposing figure and their anomalous traits, however, they are sociable entities but only talks rarely aside from their kind. They are hostile toward any entities whenever they encounter and they will immediately attack and kill on sight, they also will not hesitate when to kill humans when being threatened or provoked, or they only do this if the situations forced them to do it, fortunately, they will often incapacitate them.

"Without them, there is no means to stop this nightmare, no mightiest heroes nor 'gods' even the greater beings from beyond cannot stop them and so they too will fall... and join these vile things as empty, crystallized husks... animated... feel nothing but pain and resentment..."

They have often been seen as wandering alone but they can be seen interacting with other Paragons and going in groups though short-lived until they went in their ways. They are not cold however, they do interact with the wanderers, they even rarely travel with other wanderers though it is unclear why they do this but it assumes they do this to protect them out of goodwill.

"Without them, our memories, our songs... gone and forgotten. Until they came..."

With their unpredictable nature and often vague usually leaving them strange reasons of why they do it and it seems they travel more often at dangerous and undetermined levels. It is believed they have sort of objectives or motivations as for why they aimlessly wander throughout the Backrooms, especially dangerous levels has remained unknown.

"...The Soldiers of the Black Steel-who came to our forgotten, empty Gate. Weaponized golems of earth and stones, mass-produced and faceless made by the machines of war and the image of their progenitor, they fought through circuits... and steel, they too have the same goals as ours eradicating the Festering... and they have been in a war to stop the endless horde in our absence, with only just, but they are in dire need to find a desperate answer to stop the plague that consumes all realities, as they too are aware of the severity... of this cataclysm."

And as for now, all these reports and incidents are to be recorded and documented to further study these entities and possibly their origins of them and the Hallowed Gate.

Biology

"They find every lost relic of the past that our Predecessors have made and until there is one... they found the answer. The Chambers of Genesis... The continuity of our existence."

Though it is impossible to study a Paragon’s body, through visual analysis alone, they strikingly resemble a human being, they are standing around 6’7 ft tall (200.66 cm) but some are taller depending on their variants, and they are all documented to be all males, it is unknown of what they looked like underneath their outfit but assuming they are either android-like beings or a human beings as M.E.G. research speculates this that they are originated from the Void Cells but it is still yet to confirm this theoretical analysis.

"With the template of their image... their hardships... their knowledge... incorporating it with our forgotten songs and our memories... the Chambers gave a life anew, revived from the stagnant nothingness that our Predecessors' memories taken away."

Their reflex and dexterity are sharp and accurate are enough able to deflect a flurry of attacks regardless of how overwhelming it is, their tactical and strategic prowess is unmatched which reflects their higher levels of intellect, with these kinds of aptitude they become effective and resourceful entities since they can fight any dangerous entities efficiently even while they are alone as they often use their anomalous properties and their current surrounding to assess their situations.

"They have made the gilded soldiers... Us."

They also seem to have immunity to all forms of diseases and anomalies (including reality altercations and effects) and possess superhuman attributes while theoretically being supported by their suits to further improve their performance. They can survive the harsh and inhospitable environment and/or level that is dangerous to any beings.

"As to our Predecessors, they who prosper and create the wonders of science into fine arts and crafted it as a beautiful canvas of their imaginations... the creations... we and they create realities as we please and the necessities-for the needed... They have everything but one flaw that leads to their demise... the lack of their fury against the plague."

Reality Manipulations

Every Paragon entity can bend realities to an incomprehensible level, their anomalous properties are so powerful it causes Ontological Fracture[3] not only at the level they are currently at but at multiple levels, and even reaching other rooms creating that much impending widespread crisis events.

"And as to us, we carried their memories and forged our tools of war into battle but never forgotten of our Predecessors' lost yet important songs-the heart, the compassion... that all warriors and warmongers forgot and faced their eventual fall... we master the arts... of the old ways... refined and crafted just as they master the knowledge and creations before us... Dancing with our guns and blades like harmonious stars of the night and the twilight... rending and bending of all worlds as our weapons."

These entities are considered to be critical-level threats as they overtly display their anomalous properties and their numbers this greatly concerned how much of a threat they are to an entire Backrooms and even the Frontroom. Though they are currently wandering throughout the Backrooms and they are carefully monitored, though to some levels, in case of immediate emergency and are currently finding a solution to counter them should the entities become hostile and destructive. As for now, it is currently gathering all documented incidents and reports relating to their current behaviors, an attempt of open communications with these entities, and perhaps a negotiation.

Variants

"We must be different-unique yet uniformed, fighting against the ever-evolving of endless tides of those abominations, we must master ourselves to further improve upon our golden hallowed gifts... The Crowns of the old-we have created and improved upon, serving as the basis of our army."

Paragons have variants that each of them assumes that they possess of their unique properties, or seemingly, their specialties and arsenals they are currently equipped with. They are easily identifiable due to their distinctive appearances and it is possible that these variants are not individual entities for each variant as has been reported by some wanderers suggesting they are more than a single variant albeit with different appearances. They are currently 5 variants in total that are documented and reported by multiple witnesses, more research is required.

"For every Crowns, must be tailored... well crafted for every of our kind, specializing-amplifying of our gifts that already can rend and mend all worlds to a greater degree... but focused and lethal like a dagger's point. We strike with a righteous vengeance but with grace and harmony like a comet's flight..."

"The Crowns will be our hammers and swords..."

"Pfsio-the first, and the Star of Aelenus, derived from the stolen Crown of the old... rend the space and purify the wretched waves of the plague."

Variant A

A humanoid dressed in a white ornate outfit with golden pieces and patterns, the head or rather a sort of headwear that cover the entirety of its head displaying starlight. It wields an ornate sword and a sidearm.

This variant often uses aggressive hit-and-run tactics as it uses its agility and its ability to manifest a rift that could translocate itself and other sources using its advantage, the rift seems to connect to adjacent rifts and manifest anywhere allowing itself and others to displace in an instant. This also can manifest a unique variant of Void Cells to assist in combat; these Void Cells rapidly fire seeking projectiles to their target.

This entity can create this bizarre explosion as the witnesses claimed it, the "Big Bang", as the entity seemingly coated itself with space absorbing all light and strangely, the dark, the witnesses reported when this entity does this process as they felt as if their soul, sucking away towards it which then it discharges into a sphere of blinding light but it produced a low volume thud similar to the "Blackout Event". This light burns anything in an instant when it is caught by its blast and the victims were burned in a white or cyan ember, fortunately, it seems this entity can discriminate between enemies or not. The blast is so powerful it creates a widespread ontological fracture incident. (see Incident Report PvA-Crimson 01-000 for further details)

Sightings

The first sight and the first discovery for all of the Paragons are discovered elsewhere in Level 1, as there is this variant has been killing hostile entities in its way. There is also been seen traveling in the inhospitable and dangerous levels typically infested with entities.

This particular entity had encountered the Crimson Wanderer while in his true form as he kills anyone indiscriminately both wanderers and entities, this aforementioned incident has led this entity to fight him and other hostile entities with such ease as it simply pacified him and forcefully returned to his normal form despite it seemingly cutting him with its sword lethally.

"Raqioum-the being-the immovable... and the arms-the unstoppable, the unbreakable warrior... the clear mind and the pristine fury, will burn anyone into brightest light until there are no ashes remain like the dying star."

Variant B

A humanoid donned in ornamented armor and a tabard with intricate patterns, reminiscent of a knight from the medieval period, its intricate helmet has a faceplate that resembles a human face akin to an ancient Roman soldier's helmet albeit with its eyes were closed and with a solemn expression, it is unknown how it can able to see them. It wields a large ornate broadsword as its height is almost as tall as the user.

It prefers to charge its enemies regardless when being directly attacked as it does not bother to defend itself, it seems it has an unknown anomalous field surrounding itself that seemingly shrugging all forms of harm while it possibly converting all the damage had done to this entity into its own, empowering it in the process. There is a report that this variant opened its eyes causing its sword ignited by a strange flame consisting of stars and space, it said its swing is instantaneous and sends a wave of energy, and the entities that were caught by the sword were burned in a blinding white light to the point of incinerating into nothing.

Sightings

It was reported by the group of M.E.G. wanderers as they encountered this entity in the Class 0 open area level. It seems this variant is sitting on the ground as it rest and immersed itself in the surroundings. An agent is attempting to communicate with this variant, and fortunately, it does not hold any aggression toward but it does not open to discussion, instead, it just stands for a moment then leaves via manifesting a gate that leads to Hallowed Gate.

"Despfis-the bastion, the reclaimer, summon the eternal fortress, smite upon their sickened land into the pristine white floor... and emerge the walls of war."

Variant C

A humanoid wears an ornate armor with an ornate helmet displaying starlight as almost resembles that of a modern soldier. It is equipped with a gilded automatic firearm and a one-handed war hammer if anyone is close enough to the entity. Some reports that it is also equipped with a firearm that is similar to a shotgun or sometimes equipped with a machinegun.

As it prefers to utilize ranged combat it does not mean it is vulnerable when it is close it uses hand-to-hand combat or with CQC weapons to take down incoming threats. It is also used to manifest various amounts of marbled structures such as plinths, pillars, or obelisks, these structures' functions varied from defensive sentries, barriers, or a sort of beacon that can periodically manifest Void Cells and/or Constructs. There is also that it can manifest a huge monolith that either discharges a beam of light that incinerates anything within its path or manifest a huge Construct-like entity that can bring destruction.

Sightings

It is discovered as this entity seems to emplaced several marbled structures ranging from plinths to obelisks on several levels rendering some levels safe, this would cause both colonists and wanderers to report these sightings. This variant may be responsible for erected of said structures (See Addendum HG/C1 001 for reference), a researcher is curious enough to make an open discussion about this variant's motivation and possibly the rest of its group, as the supervisor of the base is approved to open communication, however, to find this variant is difficult.

For some time, the agents have managed to locate this variant in Level 11 and open it up for discussion. The entity said it did this out for containment as it did mention the foreign entities' incursion on their level. After this, the entity left the group but left another statement as it said that we should be prepared for something. This foreboding statement left M.E.G. to wonder what this entity says, nevertheless, it alerted several groups' leaders to discuss this.

"Scymalius-the vengeance, the mind weaver, strike them with chains and blades from their bodies and into from their flesh... like a disease they are... give them the painful irony or obedience..."

Variant D

A humanoid wears a black coat with tailcoats and intricate patterns, the intimidating helmet has a vertical intricate eyepiece located in the middle of the faceplate and has a ring situated across and over behind the helmet that terminates with five golden metallic pieces to its ring. It equipped a gilded firearm and a dagger that was able to extend and retracts its blade acting like a whip attached by golden blades segmented into a thong that could lethally cut its victims along the way.

This entity is deceiving as it is dangerous as it uses powerful memetic and reality-warping abilities as it often uses it to distort or break its enemies' will to fight. It manipulates its victims' perceptions that cause chaos and confusion and it seems that this ability can reach immeasurable distances. This ability is used to alter a person's memories or any entities become suggestible and they will fight for it. Interestingly, it also affects electronics and gadgets this would furthermore be causing chaos, especially where there is a place or a level that inhabits electronics.

It can manifest unique variant Void Cells, these Void Cells that are initially manifested by this entity will quickly approach the victims and permeates into their body then, soon, protrudes chains and blades violently coming out from their bodies suffering massive trauma and possibly death, that said affected victims will emerge more of these Void Cells then repeat the process.

Another ontological fracture occurs due to this entity's ability to distort reality, this affected the entire level with golden spikes emerging from every surface, all the entities are prone to multiple cuts and perforations.

Sightings

This variant was encountered and reported in Level ! when a wanderer accidentally accessed this level unexpectedly. As the wanderer desperately runs away from a multitude of hostile entities for some time, from there, there is a long hallway that leads to the exit but he was stopped in his tracks and blocked by this variant along with the Void Cells and it then releases its bladed weapon extending into a whip which the blade quickly flew towards at the side of his head nearly misses it, but this variant intends to aim and kill an entity that is almost about pounced at his back saving him.

This Paragon and its proxies effortlessly kill all of them as this variant dragged the wanderer toward the exit leaving from the level. The wanderer and the variant are currently in Level 0, but the wanderer is traumatized after the ordeal and this would also encounter other wanderers, and as this entity and the other wanderers escorted a distressed wanderer to nearby outposts for treatment. And after this, the variant seems to use its anomalous properties via its hand to alter a distressed wanderer causing him to calm down as if it was nothing happened then later this entity left the outpost.

This incident is the only possible and closest contact with other wanderers with this entity and proved there is no malicious intent as it did seem to help those in need.

"Oeseyas-the mercy, purify with the gentle flame-burn that is wretched... and cure and ease for the needed and the desperate. This plague spreads far and wide... but the flame will shield and purify."

Variant E

Humanoid donned in a white coat with tailcoats and its chest area emitting starlight similar to that of an aurora, its ornamented helmet surrounded by a golden ring around the helmet supported by a sort of faceplate or an eyepiece. It wields an automatic firearm and a long gilded staff with golden metallic with intricate design on each end of the staff.

This particular entity uses these objects that ignited with strange fire emitting with space, this object throws to designated target then these object breaks out into large flame. The flame can distinguish if the enemies will be burnt and if allies or the entity itself seemingly to restore any form of damage or injuries.

It manifests in diamond-shaped structures surrounded by rings, these structures allow to emit an energy field that protects itself from all harm. This somehow slows anyone if any aggressors enter the structure's affected area.

Lastly, the witness reports that this entity opens a rift above its head which then using its object threw to it would soon create a rain of brightly lit projectiles almost behaving like clusters of meteor showers from above, and if it is in an enclosed narrow space it will still rain down projectiles regardless, these projectiles will burst into the fire upon impact and will behave from aforementioned objects. Another side during that process, it has been reported that the outside from the level especially in the open areas will create this aurora.

Sightings

This entity is first seen in Level 37 as it seems to wander about throughout the level for unknown reasons as it uses these objects manifested on its hand which then ignited the entire body of water, this incident is particularly strange though it seems the Hydrolitis Plague in some portions of the level were sterilized in an instant and left several lotus-like plants, though the reason of this sterilization and the plants is unclear.

However, there is an interesting about this variant, somewhere on the level, it intervenes with wanderers preventing them from harming the Wretches as they defend themselves from them, this entity had even to incapacitate them-both wanderers and the Wretches. After the conflict, it uses its ignited objects on the incapacitated entities causing them to burn in large flame yet it does not seem to harm the Wretches but rather reverts them into a human. This variant's strange anomalous properties were able to purge harmful anomalous effects even in later stages when it would be impossible to treat the victims.

"Argeti-the runner and the eyes, sprinting through worlds upon worlds in each quick step, bending realities with every sprint. They will be our eyes from the impending infection."

Variant F

Humanoid donned in intrinsic armor with almost mechanical, vambraces and greaves along with tailcoats that have dangles emitting some energy at the tip of the tailcoats. It is equipped with two automatic sidearms in each of its hands and two swords.

This entity runs at incomprehensible speed with instant velocity and it can control its anomalous properties as it can stop its inertia instantaneously without suffering whiplash or it does not seem to destroy its surroundings, it can also fly in every direction. This entity during its sprints seems to bend gravity as it pulls the space itself in its trails and this can also pull anyone when they are in its vicinity.

It manifests star-like objects that orbit around the entity, these objects are used as a throwing projectile that explodes into stardust upon contact or is used to shield the entity from harm which it then later throws with more significant destruction.

And it will display its anomalous properties as it seems the gravity became grossly intense and goes with the direction whenever this entity sprint causes any aggressors crushed by the gravity, with this state causes spatial surroundings to change in hues and with these white strikes manifests as the entity sprints.

Sightings

This entity was spotted on some levels and in every established community as it hid away from the crowd. Then later, many reported that this entity sometimes visits personally to some communities, and they described this entity as eccentric, mischievous but friendly, and having a strange sense of humor, but due to its annoying demeanor some people will start a commotion because of this but the entity will not retaliate and instead flee from the conflict as it finds in its situation, they find this entity strange as they thought of a man wearing this lavish outfit, visiting every colonies and outpost.

This also rescues wanderers that are trapped in some inhospitable levels as they reported that the entity able to create rifts via sprinting as it flies through it by dragging the victims to a safer place or levels. Just as every colonist, wanderers will find it annoying as it does not stop talking, or due to its eccentric personality it also aggravated them as it seemingly exacerbates the situations just for the entity's humor.

This peculiar entity is by far the strangest and the most sociable entity amongst the variants, and possibly the displays the ability to socialize well with other people though it only causes complains and acts of mischief. M.E.G. did make an interview as they found this entity in some communities but it result in an incident as one agent who is interviewing this entity, the agent was annoyed by its talkative demeanor as it changes the subject from the serious topic a, this agent pulls his gun out of frustration but the entity simply kicks the gun away and pacify the agent resulting from a fracture on his jaw by its knee strikes knocking him unconscious then disappear into the rift via sprinting to the interrogation room's wall.[4]

Unconfirmed Variants

"We are few even fighting alongside with the mighty army of the Black Steel... as now they have us, brought focused destruction upon those things plaguing endless worlds... There is hope and the possibility to end them..."

There are a few witnesses who report that there are more unidentified Paragon variants throughout the levels, they are vaguely described with information and are unreliable. More investigation and records are required with sufficient data.

"The Soldiers... they already knew where the evil resides... By bringing us into existence, we are their sword to pierce its heart... and they are the shield preparing the full brunt of the abominations for us to get closer... bringing an end to this cataclysm... but it requires sacrifices of theirs and our lives... as we have to march into the eye of the storm... the heart... And so it was, we went to war..."

Connections and Relations

"The poor Erudite, The Codex Keeper, he is but a curator of all knowledge after all, and all of life's story served as the sage of every kingdoms and empire seeking his wise advice and his foreboding warnings... knowledge and stories are his passion-his life... and now he became the victim of the ever-growing plague, as everyone else fell before him... he once had an eternal library but the Festering has its scornful eyes on him... and his place."

They do not seem bothering or aggressive toward any human or any organization unless when they are provoked, in rare cases, they are willing to help those in need. However, they tolerate some entities that they allowed to let them live, or some are to be treated like the Wretches and the Facelings with care. However, they will attack any hostile entities in their way most likely the reason these entities breach within their native level.

"He is begging us... pleading to stop the thing that spread in his library, but the infection grew worse as time passed... We had no choice but to burn it down into rubble... into nothing, to save him much to the dismay of his desperate protests... and so, we burnt it to the ground, destroying his lifetime of stories and all of the knowledge he hold dear... now all gone but a rain of teal ash, emblazed pages, and blackened ruins. All that is left now is the books and scrolls he carried in his arms-cradled like the parent who sees their young ones die in front of their eyes..."

There are some interesting interactions with other entities depending on what variants or as a whole, most interestingly the Storyteller, this entity had some encounter with the Paragons from before as this entity is visibly distressed if not afraid of them. It has something to do with the Paragons that makes the Storyteller agitated.

"Somewhere inside of him... finally breaks... after he witnessed his library falls into the fiery rubble. He was once a lively, once joyful sage-who tells the story of the heroes' battle in such a noble quest where everyone gave hope claim themselves as the victors against the despotic tyrants and villains-now became bitter... Spiteful... And twisted... He became isolated hiding away from us, wallowed somewhere in deep sorrow or perhaps... madness."

An attempt to open direct communication with the Storyteller about the Paragons is inconclusive and strangely, it does not interrupt this data as this entity is known to corrupt any information and data when referring to itself, however, attempting to make an interview with the Paragons is pending.

"As we did to him and so we did to everyone-to save them from the scornful plague... they too grew hatred and spiteful towards us regardless of what we did this is good for all of them, but they attacked us, and yet they are too powerless to defeat us... but we do not retaliate, only the Festering is our purpose but the plague forced us to do these drastic measures... Countless of their lives are ruined by us but our hearts break and bleed for them as for what we did to them is unforgivable."

It is uncertain if some entities in the database may also see and treat them as unwanted outsiders or to be feared much like the Storyteller, or some may not know about them, implying there is some history with the involvement of Paragons as it seems their reputation was maligned with the other entities of the Backrooms despite they shown no means of hostility. More research is required and it is a top priority to gather information via Hallowed Gate and the entities.

"We have won against the Festering-its very roots, the very evil is slain-all of the abominations now crumble into lifeless stones but cost us dearly of this pyrrhic victory... most of them died in the war, but as for the other worlds? All the worlds-the realms and the realities, now wounded and left in shambles, we have not yet them saved, and the people and the beings? Fell into despair and tragedies... their homeworlds shattered and ensues chaos and unrest... and sadly... some have met their gruesome end by the grasp of the Festering... They all deserve better than this..."

Like when Variant A Paragon encounters the Crimson Wanderer, it will perceive him as a threat as he attacks any wanderers in his vicinity. No matter how dangerous the entities are, they seem to be detached and uninterested to engage them as they often avoid them as much as they seemingly don't have enough patience to fight them. But if they do comply or are forced to engage in any situation, they will be immediately and lethally injured or eliminated without any form of retaliation.

"But as for us? We do not know... after all the things we did to them... good or bad... or worse."

Encounter

"Many would see us as their gods as theirs have died long ago, but we do not claim ourselves as such, and so, we remained isolated away from the fervor of the desperate, but sometimes we help them to lift their own without the need of their protectors as they rely so much upon... We don't deserve such praise... as we know who we are... we are destroyers, murderers... not their saviors."

Fighting a Paragon is not ideal due to their reality-warping abilities and/or their combat lethality that can eliminate anyone with ease, however, they are fortunate enough to incapacitate any human aggressors as much they want. The only thing to avoid a Paragon is to simply not attempt to fight them, and if one is in the Hallowed Gate particularly, the Rare rooms, it is best not to approach the entry gate and comply with a Paragon's warnings.

"Even after the war is over... the aftermath. This is the burden we still carry..."

Discovery

"For more eons past as the realities slowly start to mend... restoring harmony once more like a wound. New kingdoms rise from the graves of their worlds living prosperity once and the others... were spiraled down into the dark... and that, we went to investigate, this anomaly..."

The first sighting of these entities was reported before the discovery of the Hallowed Gate. The first encounter of the entity was a Variant A, the wanderer who is entered Level 1 traveling in undiscovered and darker parts of this level, the wanderer heard a slashing sound in their vicinity as they went to investigate the source until they saw a man wearing a white outfit with golden pieces and held an exotic sword in its hands, killing entities as the wanderer described this entity's way of fighting "graceful" with ease.

"Peculiar this reality is... Welded, stitched haphazardly together... a broken bridge of a realm we enter does not follow its supposed path nor held itself properly like other worlds we have traveled... even when we set our foot made this place almost crumble and so, we have to be careful... however, this place was infested with these otherworldly creatures, some parts of this reality are dangerous... for them at least... and even stranger are the people... They who lived in this slum of these worlds, filled with dangers and the unknown, infested with these abominations to sate their bloodlust and their madness. But there is something else... the familiarity of the long-lost relic... it was close... somewhere in this place..."

They took a photograph of these and this would later release to online public media, and with this sighting, other witnesses also encounter one of these entities as well spreading over the Backrooms, the M.E.G. agents have gained attention about these entities but have to be cautious when encountering one as one reported they saw these entities incapacitate humans, or rarely killing one when provoked as some human insurgents have attempted to begin attacking an entity which fails with several insurgent casualties.

"Not long after... we heard these inhabitants have spread these rumors of this so-called "level" believing it holds the five treasures of this level-scattering about and left vague to gather these to piece it together... but one thing that we knew... the Crown, hold to this very place... believing this is the source of the creation of this decrepit place, and yet, hidden away from our ever seeing sights..."

Additional Information

"We knew it was him... that fool, and he has already aware of our arrival... sending these things into our Gate to halt of his inevitability..."

Expedition Report HG-P 01-021

M.E.G. formed expedition teams and have assigned to explore and research in the Sub-Level D about the strange golden circular platform in the middle of the room, teams equipped high caliber firearms to prepare to clear out entities that have guarded the Sub-Level D, the consisted of 24 armed personnel and research experts, they are well prepared provided by the quartermasters with the necessary supplies and equipment, and given appropriate firearms suggested by military and gun experts.

3 hours have passed, they have entered the Hallowed Gate initially in the Sub-Level H, they navigate this level and the sub-levels for roughly about 4 hours until they reach the designated Sub-Level D. They managed to eliminate entities guarding in the sub-level but suffers 3 casualties, 8 critically wounded and 2 are lost assuming killed in action[5], the research experts try to analyze the golden platform as they speculate they have this familiar patterns forming around the outer rim of the sphere suggesting this platform is a sort of another exit, possibly an undiscovered room. They have been stationed at that sub-level for approximately 3 hours, fortunately, there are no entities manifested by the phenomenon in this incident until one of the research personnel have managed to activate the platform, with each ring emerging from the platform rearranging itself into a portal. The team leader ordered the remaining members to stay outside and care for the wounded while the team leader and the others have investigate into unknown sub-level.

"His delusions must have broken and woken into reality once we set our foot and it is clear... his panic and fear were indeed true..."

The portal led to them a new different sub-level, this sub-level describes as occupied being as a sort by several cylindrical ornate pods made with gold and marble and the hatch made with starlight on it. The pods are large and fit enough for a person and it is arranged in 5 pods surrounding a golden pillar with energy emitting inside of it. And each pod on the right side has plinths with crown-like artifacts suspended from it and at the side of the pods has a holographic display of humanoid and corresponding objects that seem to imply it was to be implemented to the humanoid inside of the pod or some sort, the crowns are in an intricate design made with fine layers of gold and marble and each of them has their distinguished appearances. They took a photo of it enough to be as important data for research.

"...Do you think you are the king of this dirt of a kingdom-a god? Culling our Predecessors away... with your folly? Your cowardice has made your escape from the crime that you and the Betrayer you have committed? The crime of releasing that vile evil..."

The team leader calls all of the members to meet with the other side of the team, and after that, they meet with other members in the Sub-Level D until they encountered a Paragon entity of an unidentified variant out of nowhere, it seems this entity only stood there showing no form of hostility, the teams immediately have to fall back and return to the base. The team exfiltrated along with the important data they gathered.

"Using with that unpolished Crown to play and twist these people to your liking... yet, you could not understand how it works... and it is surprising how a scum, like you... can handle the great strain of your mind and body for that long as the Crown rejected you..."

Regardless, they returned to the nearby M.E.G. base in 7 hours and are given a reward as compensation and completing their objectives. The data that the team gathered gained interest specifically the crown artifacts and the humanoids that reside within the pods. Assigning expeditions for more data and possible artifact retrieval missions is pending.

"But you do not need to worry... We had lifetimes of planning once we came to your place... if one of us will come to you that is... Think of it as a reunion... for what you have done to our Predecessors."

Addendum HG-P 01-021a

After the team has exfiltrated the data, the object of interest is the crowns is a possible related object of Level ALPHAOMEGA specifically the "Crown of the Throne", this furthers the question of this rumored artifact as it is said to be a crown capable of altering the entirety of the Backrooms or bring stability of that reality while granting absolute power. These humanoids inside of the pods may be Paragons in a process of creation using these artifacts. It is believed that these crown artifacts are the "helmets" of Paragons, only pre-fabricated then later manufactured into helmets for those entities later though the process of those are merely speculations, and there are so many coincidences as they demonstrated their reality-bending properties powerful enough to cause a widespread crisis event in the Backrooms and the same possible description of the Crown's properties. It is possible that the "Crown of the Throne" is speculated to be an incomplete state of the artifact, believed to have been stolen by someone and hidden away from the Hallowed Gate. Further research is required and confirmation between the two related artifacts.

"Try as you can... we are coming to pay a visit... to you."
