Phantoms

Description

Phantoms are powerful, colorful beings who roam the backrooms. Although, due to events over 200 years ago, there are not many left, and even worse, most phantoms are not interested in reproducing. The most well known and powerful phantom is Snipee. More information below.

How to identify them

Most young phantoms have their skin colored to the color they are most attracted to, and brown hair. A phantom's eye color is the same color as their skin. When young, their face looks cute for a while until they start to grow up, where their face turns into an evil-ish smile, which is why a young phantom's diet consists of sunscreen, to grow a fake, white skin to hide their real skin. As the phantom grows up, their hair will turn a random color. Male phantoms usually have short bob cuts and wear a nightgown or t-shirt.

Parents

Most phantoms come from other, powerful entities, such as Candlestriders and The King.

Abilities

Powers can vary throughout phantoms, but the most common powers seen in most phantoms are:

Flight

Elemental powers (although most phantoms have air powers)

Mind powers

And magic.

Snipee

Snipee Sniper is a very powerful phantom, being cursed under immortality. If their beautiful mother finds them trying to become mortal, she won't be too beautiful anymore. She says says that Snipee will save phantoms from dying out, and will use immortality as their aid. However useful in some situations, Snipee's dream is to just be a normal phantom. Their name comes from when they killed a powerful unknown boss entity with nothing but a sniper rife. Although immature, they know lots of tips and tricks for the backrooms. They love coke.

Behavior

Phantoms tend to have a kind, peace loving nature. However, especially now that there are very few of them left, they are very powerful and hostile when provoked. They love to help wanderers and give them advice and tips.
