Overview
Phenomenon 15, otherwise known as Alone, is a curious phenomenon that affects selected levels permanently. This phenomenon causes levels to create a copy for each wanderer that enters, effectively isolating them. This makes it so that wanderers are unable to interact with other wanderers within the affected level, which may possibly affect them mentally.
Although the reason for this phenomenon is unknown, it is theorised that the affected levels are naturally volatile, and when a wanderer enters its volatility causes the level to release a tremendous amount of energy, creating a copy for the wanderer to enter instead. Due to this, it is thought that no one has ever encountered the true forms of levels affected by Phenomenon 15.

History
The most popular example of a level affected by Phenomenon 15 is Level 0. Originally, it was unknown why Level 0 isolated wanderers when other levels did not. As more levels were discovered which possessed this trait, researchers decided to investigate further. After several trips, researchers noticed that in every instance of entry, there were slight differences to the level such as the wallpaper being slightly darker, objects slightly askew, or light fixtures flickering. Although these discrepancies are harder to spot on outdoor levels, indoor levels affected by Phenomenon 15 have all had these observed changes, however minute.
At times, discrepancies may be extreme, such as sections of ground disappearing and dropping into The Void or a complete change in hues or saturation of sections of the level. However, these extreme discrepancies seldom occur, and are typically much more subtle. The phenomenon does not pose any significant risks to wanderers, though the isolation itself may affect wanderers' mental health due to the deprivation of human contact.

Additional Information
As this is a relatively new phenomenon discovered, not much information is known. However, it has been discovered that Phenomenon 15 will only affect levels upon their initial discovery, and cannot affect levels which have already been discovered by humans. Originally, the rule was considered to be unique, and was studied furthered to test if this is the definite conclusion, or if Phenomenon 15 can actually affect levels which have already been discovered. However, it was later revealed that this was not the case for Level 142, where the phenomenon came 70 years after the level's discovery. How this happened is unknown. Lastly, some well-known levels affected by Alone include:
