The following is a Proposed Rewrite of the current Level Writing Guide.

NOTICE: Please do not edit this page, as to keep its original written form.

The following is recommended to be viewed in Source Editor, as most of the commands to use a template can be seen there.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Insert difficulty here (Command is Template:Class (insert number 0-5 here)

Description

(Insert your description here. It is recommended for it to be at least 15 complete sentences. It is also recommended to use grammar, and provide at least one photo, as to better enhance the viewers understanding.)

Discovery

(Insert how the level was first discovered. It is recommended for it to be at least 5-7 complete sentences. It is also recommended, to use grammar, as it helps the professionalism of the level.)

History (optional)

(This section is optional, though, this section usually is where you would add stuff that happened in the past, if it did happen. The history can be as short as it wants, so long as it the area has complete sentences and grammar.

Entities

(This section should talk about the entities in your level. It shouldn't require much detail in the main sentence, though, your entities should be in bullet points, and be like this text.)

Colonies and Outposts

(Insert the colonies and/or outposts inside your level. If there are any, then explain in a short way why. If there are, use the template below)

(insert colony/outpost name)

  • Friendly or Hostile?
  • Tradeable or not?
  • Cooperative or not?
  • Devoid of Entities or not? (optional)
  • Member Count. (if unknown, put unknown)

Entrances and Exits

(Explain shortly if there are actually any entrances or exits here)

Entrances:

  • (put entrance here, if needed, continue until all entrances are logged here.)

Exits:

  • (put exit here, if needed, continue until all exits are logged here.)

Addendum (not needed, though, helps)

(Addendum means extra information. Put any sort of extra information regarding your level here, if needed. This can include logs, graphs, survivors, etc)

Enjoy writing, everyone!

(Side Note: If you do NOTOC, with two underlines before the N and after the C, it will not show the table of contents.)

(Example below! Look in source editor to see!)
