Requiem of A Lost Knight
How many years has passed ever since the fall?
The sound of clashing blades, the flashes of brilliant flames, everything still roaring in my head.
Yet, all seems so distant, much like the stars that I cannot ever reach.
Is there truly hope left in the name of mankind?
Are we truly left alone, here in this godforsaken hellhole?
Perhaps...
And yet I refuse to give up...
No...
WE refuse to go down!
They can extinguish the light of our candles, but not the light of our souls.
Even in the agony and solitude of this nightmare, there's still hope for mankind.
May our blades be broken, this armor tore apart, but my body won't go down.
The dragons still roam the sky, the kingdom still stand proud, so do I am.
Let their roaring cries and noble songs heard to the entire cosmos!
Until one day, we rise again, and reclaim what is ours.
Until then, I shall wander, even without a name.
