The Committee are the seven leaders of the M.E.G and have been the driving force behind it's development and growth since the very beginning. Each member is constantly shrouded by rumours, conspiracies and mysteries. The only concrete fact available to the citizens under the M.E.G's wing are their names; the first seven letters of the greek alphabet: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta and Eta. Those further up in the hierarchy know little more; the only interactions between personnel and the Committee being a few comments on a project proposal or a note on an after action report. Whispers tell of those that get called upon by the Committee and although the stories vary wildly, they all agree on one thing - if you value your life, keep your head down and your feet moving.

Alpha
The de facto leader of the Committee, Alpha is a military man at heart. There's nothing he likes more than a gun in his hand and an entity in his sightlines. Headstrong with a violent temper but calm and calculated when he needs to be. Best stayed far away from.
Beta
Beta is interesting. The scientist of the group, he is always hunting artifacts or testing a theory. His learned mind makes him a lot more open to new ways of thinking or approaching problems. Possibly a good candidate for making contact.
Gamma
All my sources point to Gamma being some sort of entity, my best guess is a faceling but there's so much I don't know. Maybe they see the M.E.G in a different light due to their not being human, might reach out after some more investigation.
Delta
Delta is a mystery, even by Committee standards . They do not comment on articles, nor interact with personnel. They have no account or office and none of my sources have ever interacted with them. I really need to get to the bottom of this, my only information is they reside in level [REDACTED BY COMMITTEE], wherever that is. I need more information asap.
Epsilon
The visionary of the group, Epsilon sees the Backrooms as an opportunity, infinite habitable space with the ability to practically ignore the laws of physics. When he starts talking about it, despite myself, I always find myself coming round to his ideas. I can feel something much darker under his will to expand and progress. I'm staying a few levels away from him at all times until I can confirm or disprove my suspicions.
Zeta
He's the reason I'm doing all this. I'm not stopping until the M.E.G are shattered and my hands are around his throat. Only then the nightmare ends.
Eta
Self righteous bastard. In her eyes everything is justified if it's in the name of the greater good. Would do anything for the M.E.G's continued survival and her past actions are unspeakable. The most terrifying thing about the Backrooms is not the isolation or the entities. It's the depths that we can sink to, the inconceivable things we can do do protect what we love. Belief is a weapon far greater than any bullet, just ask the newest player in the game on level 56.
